### "Easy to use and secure tool for organizing meetings and webinars"

Pros

What I like the most is that you can run meetings under your own domain - I really like this feature because it positively affects on build credibility. There is a possibility to integrate this app with others like Facebook or Slack. No installation or downloading app is needed – this is a great time-saver and makes this app easier to use. They also give a poll and survey feature so you can get feedback from participants of your meeting. They care a lot about security – they don’t want to repeat “zoom incident” :)

Cons

Nothing to dislike. It something appears, I will get back to this review.

### "Great Product and No need for Downloading Software"

I do enjoy it don't get me wrong. The ease of use of this is what sells it. I did go with the package for white labeling. And being able to simply upload on a site outside of LiveWebinar is also a plus.

Pros

Not needing to download any additional software is a huge plus. I use this software to instruct as well. For rooms or events that don't have the TV space, I'm able to broadcast to the student's screens. Recording is done on their end with a link provided to you if you want to download it.

Cons

Features lacking: Onscreen annotation by either instructor or people viewing the webinar/meeting. Evergreen Webinar is kind of lacking features that I would like to see in it. Recording of the broadcast even at full screen your Live webinar branding of the recording is framing it in a way where we are losing screen real-estate.

### "Webinars and Meetings without the hassle of installing software"

In one word: Amazing. This tool makes my life easier when talking to my team. So far, I haven't experienced the webinar function, but for small team meetings this application is great.

Pros

Creating a new webinar in about 15 seconds is the feature I appreciate the most with the INSTANT MEETING button. Attendees can get in the meeting room in 15 seconds as well just clicking on a link, without the hassle of installing anything. I've tried the free plan and I can arrange meetings with my team up to 5 people

Cons

The dashboard is messy for me... too many functions and it's not easy to use all of them. The registration process shall become more easy to use, with the ability to automatically add events to calendars without downloading the file. The storage as well is a little intimidating. It took me long to understand how to display a document on the meeting panel, in order to share it during the presentation.

Errores en la traducción. A veces no se entiende que quiere decir porque está mal traducido.

### "Really solid product"

I have wanted to do paid webinars for a while but other software has been very cost-prohibitive and difficult to master. LiveWebinar is very easy to learn and well worth the cost. I am very pleased with it so far and really recommend it. I'm finally making money with webinars!

Pros

I like the ease of use, the ability to do polls and surveys, the whiteboard, and the different modes that allow people to be on mute or not on mute depending on what you have going on.

Cons

I don't like that you can't necessarily do a "paid" event using just this software but I also use Book Like A Boss and it pairs with it well. I hope for integration soon.

### "Almost perfect Webinar Platform"

Pros

I loved the simplicity and very short learning curve of this platform. I'm able to launch a webinar in minutes without any hassle. Being able to run a presentation and videos from inside the platform rather than sharing the screen is a great feature too, that ensures always the best quality.

Cons

The look and feel of the platform it's not the best. I wish I could share PPT or keynote files and still keep the animations. I'd also like a more modern look to the platform, it kinda looks visually outdated.

### "Great software not only for Webinars!"

Very good usability and translated into my native language (Spanish).

Pros

Excellent software. I use it for multiple uses: Webinars, Meetings with clients 1 to 1 and Meetings with groups of students.

Cons

There are some improvements to make to the Spanish translation but nothing serious :)

Cost-effective solution with lots of room for customization and integration

Cons

Video and recording quality is still hard to compare to other competitors or top-shelf solutions. They're recently pushed resolution upgrades to all users on the platform however and I'm eager to see how quality improves over time

I've had a great experience trying the product. I plan to go full onboard with it and make it my main tool to work with on 2023.

Pros

The ability to have several services under one roof. I think this is an incredible tool to have under the belt for any professional in the training or coaching industry.

Cons

For me, it was about learning to setup everything, but one you set the time apart to dive in, it is straight forward.

Pros

We searched for a Webinarsoftware for our MBA E-Learning Studies, which we sell also on Webinars. The Webinarplatform fits all needs and is a great enrichment for our marketing.

Cons

Had some glitches - for example Prezi integration, but all is fixed now so nothing to complain anymore

Pros

Easy to use, web-based and the features are instinctual.

Cons

Scheduling or link conflicts occur more often than not. Training required to explain types of share links, static links and Scheduled webinars.

### "Easy to use webinar software for myself and my clients!"

So far, I've really enjoyed using it! Within a few minuntes I was up and running and my participants said that it was one of the best webinar experiences that they've had!

Pros

My clients don't need to download any software. I send them a link and as soon as they're online, they can join the meeting. I love that I have different presentation options, for meetings, webinars, discussions, etc. I like that I can have many people online and can control who speaks, and if I need to, I can kick them out too. I can record sessions and share them with participants. I can link to Facebook and YouTube for live broadcasts.

Cons

I'm not sure if there's a function for breakaway rooms.

Pros

Love the meeting room feature. So easy and has so many uses. Customer support and always been helpful which is so reassuring. Its a solid webinar platform that works. I love the constant improvements the team are making to the platform.

Cons

Hard to say. I think on-boarding could have been better. But that may have improved since I started. More marketing features and step by step visual guidance to set up possible could be tweaked

Pros

LiveWebinar helped me scale my e-learning business by making me able to set my webinar on evergreen. The "Just in Time" feature is amazing and lets me get more leads and put more scarcity on the times my webinar airs, increasing the overall conversion rate. Just a brilliant product overall!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, it's just great and I find it very intuitive and simple to use.

I'll be honest, my company is a avid user of Zoom and MS teams but I constantly look for new applications that may have features that could be utilized in our company's operation.

Pros

The software is easy to use for me but some of my users had difficulties adjusting to the new user interface. This could be due to my users are used to using another similar software.

Cons

The software is useful but it needs time for users to get used to the interface. Again, the experience using other similar software plays a big role in adapting to the different design.

Cons

I dont think how registration forms are not supported by the instagram browswer. People cant sign up for a webinar by clicking a link in an instagram bio unfortunatly.

Amazing. Never did much of a live webinars before (once or twice). This makes it so easy that hosting frequent webinars doesn't cause an issue anymore.

Pros

Does exactly what it says and does it pretty well. Live Webinar gives you everything you need to host live webinars, whatever your market is and however many attendees you need! You have tools to set reminders, invite, answer live questions and answers. There is nothing you need for a webinar that this tool does not have.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve to get started but that is normal for any software in this field.

My overall experience with LIVEWEBINAR has been the possibility of several features in the free version; I could have a meeting room and meeting branding, all for free.

Pros

What I like most about the software when I first interested with, it was a feature for closed meeting.

Cons

The need to constantly upgrade prices for better features. I feel they should be trial version for every new experience.

1\. The simplicity and ease of use compared to other screen sharing platforms. I am not a frequent or power user -- with some other platforms I feel i have to re-learn their interface each time. 2. Competitive prices and free option for users who are only using it on occasion, for which a high monthly fee is not an option. 3. No download. 4. No time limit

Cons

Something in the initial webinar/meeting set-up confuses me -- I seem to be both user and attendee and can't figure that out. Still works.

I have tried many webinar platforms, but this one is the most convenient and modern.

Pros

It is so easy to use for our participants: just click a link, without any hard registration or downloads. Stable works on any devices, good sound and video compression. Great reports of each session. Visual customization easy and pretty.

Cons

The admin panel interface may seem daunting at first, but you get used to it quickly.

### "Great product but Support failed me resulting in paying twice to use LiveWebinar"

Pros

LiveWebinar was the back-end engine for an online conference using HeySummit and I chose LiveWebinar due to it's integration with HeySummit. The integration was simple despite issues which I will outline.

Cons

Support! My LiveWebinar subscription was for a 1 webinar at a time and thus my online summit timetable matched that - 1 session at a time separated by buffer time. LiveWebinar would not recognise that there were no overlaps even when separated by up to 30mins. I engaged LiveWebinar Support days before my event and they provided no resolution so I was forced to pay for a second subscription for the event or I could not run it. This doubled my LiveWebinar costs - the reaction from Support? Well ... to this day 4 months on there is still no resolution and no refund of my doubled costs.

Overall, LiveWebinar has helped me provide my members with live learning options. It also has helped me grow my audience with repurposed and reusable content. I really enjoy the ease of use and I am very pleased with the overall use of this platform.

Pros

LiveWebinar is an amazing platform, especially for newbies like myself. I wanted to provide my members with monthly webinars and LiveWebinar allows me to share my screen and share documents, which is very important because my members are very visual. I also like the recording option. This allows me to repurpose the webinar content for a later purpose.

Cons

LiveWebinar offers the ability to stream your Webinar on Facebook but this is only an option for a certain tier membership. I would like to see this as an "add-on" item so that I have the option to pay extra to add this feature to whatever plan I have instead of having to upgrade to a plan with other features I may not need at this time just to gain 1. I also want to be able to share the screen from Safari web browser.

Pros

Easy to set up regular webinars and evergreen webinars. Options to change recording layout. Fast response from customer service.

Cons

I wish they would create a user community where users can interact and learn from each other. Looks like this is coming.
