As a QA person sometimes we have to listen hours about requirement changes, new requirements etc. So we often miss out some scenarios that we need to test. So recording such calls is the best thing that we could do, so we can revise again and again when needed. Not only that when testing web applications it's a pretty easy way to record the issues rather than attaching an screenshot. So Apowersoft make our work easy as we can easily upload the recorded thing in to the cloud and anyone can access it. Pros The mostly liked thing in Apowersoft is that we can upload the recording to the cloud so that we can share it anyone in need without having to download, upload etc. Also unlike other software I have seen that it has many incredible features like auto stop, scheduling, split, trim etc. so we can kinda edit the video recording from the same software as well. Cons This thing 'm not sure whether it is available in the paid version though; It is better if it can show the mouse pointer of our computer highlighted when we're recording.
