"MET with QualCampus"
Overall: From last 3 years personally work on and with Qualcampus solution. To map all business processes of educational institute very crucial which gives new experience.
Pros: Easy and dynamic to integrate with existing applications and customized processes. Data driven and data availability is very impact full.
Cons: The layout improvement is required. It should be appealing to users and generate intrest to use. Need to integrate dynamic reporting to provide user flexibility to design the report format and content.

Pros: Software is easy to use, user friendly, Most liked software as previous vendors software like iCloudEMS, IEMS experience
Cons: need improvements in the time table module as per our organization requirement

Overall: They have a good back end team that works on issues. Good support.
Pros: The software captures a lot of data and hence making reports is possible. But they need to apply logic to show reports on screen, etc.
Cons: They have a lot to do to make it more user friendly

Overall: Best experience so far than other products. The support system is the best part.
Pros: *Finance module is stable with student fees collections, payment intergrations & scholarship management. *Online Admission system is good enough to manage admission without hustle. *Payroll & HRMS, Biometric Timesheet are best. Reports are more precise. *Overall academics structure is good. Some areas can be improvised. But looking overall is good. *They provide numerous third Party integrations like payment gateway, g-meet for online lectures, SMS integrations, Tally and more. *Reporting & interactive dashboard in individual faculty, HODs & Management logings. *Great support team.
Cons: No cons were found with functionality. UI can be improvised.

Pros: Every modules are streamlined. Very easy to access from students and faculties side. Reports generated from erp help us to calculate the data as per our need.
Cons: Some unnecessary sub- modules are available. Storage space issue.

Pros: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) save time and reduce paper work. It is also used for dissemination of information to students for tasks such as sharing pre-post reading materials, assignments, mock tests, case study or other teaching resources.
Cons: Some of the modules need to be change as per requirement

"Best ERP for Colleges"
Overall: We found it quite useful for administration and NAAC, It has brought lot of transparency in the system. We can save lot of time due to automation. Qualsoft provides good support and customization as per our suggestions and requirements. Online classroom is excellently integrated, taking care of attendance automatically.
Pros: It covers all the academic and non academic modules along with accreditation reports for NAAC
Cons: IOS App is needed, currently android app is provided to students, teachers and management.

Overall: Student Admissions, Fee Collection, Time and Attendance, Academics and all other manual process automated. Lot of duplication of work reduced. We can get good reports on clicks.
Pros: It covers all modules for Lead management, student life cycle, faculty, administration, accreditation NAAC, alumni, etc.
Cons: More reports for budget vs expense can be added More feature in mobile app

Pros: Library management software is user friendly software, New and not experienced library staff can use this software. Modules are easy to use. Till date I have recommended to More than five other institutions in future I will recommend to other people.
Cons: It's user friendly any body can use this software in first handelling
