We sometimes spend more time in the program than we would want to; wish automation worked better for us. Pros Very comprehensive platform that handles most of our client management and service needs. The customer service is the best I have seen anywhere. They are usually able to answer the phone, but, if not, they call back quickly. Cons Sometimes being so comprehensive can mean a pretty big learning curve. One of our installers just cannot get the hang of the mobile app, whereas most seem to have none or little issue. They have been available to me when I have had problems. The online tutorials have been helpful. Always a learning curve with new stuff but overall itt was easy to get going. Cons I use it primarily for Estimating, Invoicing and Time Tracking. I have been interested in some of the extended features but have not been in a position to pay for them...maybe next quarter! Pros Customer service is top notch! I always have such a wonderful experience communicating with Projul support. I love that they take customer feedback to heart and notify me when a feature request I asked for has been completed! Cons The cons are really just short-term gripes when we adjust how we do things because something isn't quite a feature and then we have to change how we do things because now that feature exists! It has been a gamechanger for our company. It was very easy to learn. All of our employees picked up on it very quickly. The customer service is top notch. The respond very quickly anytime we have questions. If we have suggestions of something that would be helpful for our company, they consider adding features for us. I cannot say enough about the customer service. We have been using Projul for over a year and are extremely pleased. Cons I honestly cannot come up with a con.
