It has solved our biggest headache: revenue leakage from failed payments. Pros 1\. Speed of Setup: The onboarding is incredibly fast. We were able to go live and start accepting payments the same day without the usual long delays. 2. Global Reach: It’s great for international growth because you can collect in 180+ currencies with local settlement support. 3. High Success Rates: We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in our payment success rates, especially for UPI and card transactions. Cons The dashboard has a lot of data, so it takes a moment to get used to the reporting filters, but the support team is very responsive and helped us set up our custom views. Payment links are very helpful and sending them manually via email or sms is something I like about them. Thanks Pros The feature I like the most under this payment gateway is the UI. The UI/UX design as per merchant point of view is amazing. Also, today's transaction amount gets updated immediately after we receive payment. Cons The interface for customer's looks very off and obsolete in terms of design and feel. It should be updated. Also, sometimes there's a lag in the message when we receive the payment. The payment mail comes little delayed for a few transactions. Hence, this can be improved as well.
