It enables you to use handheld scanners for warehouse operations which helps to reduce human errors and improves productivity and accuracy. As it is a cloud-based software you can access it from any device, even from mobile. Cons We have not faced any issues with Epicor Eclipse so far. Cons Combining invoice generations when finishing and setting to "ship when complete" or "ship when specified" takes more steps than it should and confuses some of our sales guys at times. Switched from [Crunchbase](https://www.capterra.com/p/231890/Crunchbase/) Mincron was not not powerful enough for a company our size, outdated interface. Best system I have worked with. Pros I use the system for AP, AR and inventory. The system is super friendly and very "jointed" with the other parts of the accounting system. Easy to find different things. Reporting was very easy and I just had fun working with it. Cons Nothing at all...the company that purchased us came another system that I hate. Since we are still "under acquisition proceedings", we still go back to check on things and just makes me miss it even more...
