The team are great to work with and the product fits our needs. As we continue to grow managing risks needs to be more proactive and collaborative and Granite helps us with this. Pros The product is easy to use, the team were wonderful to work with to configure it to suit our needs not only for our risk management needs but for ISO27001 requirements as well. Cons Currently I can't fault the product and I know if I found something the team would be happy to work with me to make alterations, that's the beauty of something so customisable and company with great customer service.
