Pros

I actually do not use the software directly through Microbilt but instead through our loan management software. I like how it's integrated so we are not having to use multiple systems. It seems very easy to use from our Customer's side of view and they have many banks, including local banks, to choose from.

Cons

The readability of the transactions / banking could be better. If it pointed out loans for us at a glance that'd be helpful. Also the ability to refresh the data, for collections or re-loaning purposes, would be nice.

Pros

Ease of use for staff members since it's integrated with our account management software.

Cons

Not being able to determine if a client's bank participates without frustrating the client. It does not confirm account registration which would help in potential identity theft cases.

It's been wonderful I haven't had any had any real issues with it.

Pros

No more waiting to print out your statements and waiting for them to go through them we don't have to now because it's done electronically

Cons

Sometimes your papers better but if you have any overdraft fees they show up right away which u may not qualify for whatever your applying for

Doesn’t work with all banks especially credit unions etc.
