Pros: The interface is really simple, which allows little or no training for the other users.

The collaboration tools are great - and we use them before and during our meetings so that we can do meeting minutes, and document reviews

Cons: Actually, really happy with it.

There are some new features coming soon which will make it even better.

Overall: Simplified meetings and distribution of documents.

Collaboration within our team.

Pros: Simple subscription plan. A range of features that makes storing, accessing and collaborating on documents easy. I particularly like the real-time note distribution, which is an effective and fun way to share ideas. The video capability is also awesome.

Cons: Not a lot to complain about here, as it does everything I need.
