Pros

Relevant has been amazing! They are willing to help us with whatever our needs may be. They have great ideas and work hard to advertise and build our company. We appreciate all that they do.

Cons

Only wish they we could search our patients by patient number.

It's not often you run into such great customer service these days. There is a very quick turn around for phone calls, emails, texts and also print material. The software has been very easy for our staff to learn and use to text our patients and it shows us all to and from communication. Relevant is a great group of people!

Pros

Very easy to use and even easier to see all marketing results on the dashboard. I have also been able to request additional functionality or changes that are taken care of very quickly.

Cons

It's orange and now I need 40 characters in order to move to the next screen
