It also acts as Email Performance Tracking and Sales engagement tool. This can be integrate with custom APIs, ensuring adaptability across multiple users and environments too. Pros Easy to get started at no cost. Configurable pipeline management and sales automation where the system can send out emails automatically or respond automatically. Having all details on our customer of any engagement regardless of the sales person. Cons It's a younger product, we have seen a few issues here and there. However the team is responding quickly to those identified and keeps us informed. The product details page could be better and we like to see us self add more fields. Switched from [Pipedrive](https://www.capterra.com/p/132666/Pipedrive/) We grew with too many customers. Pipedrive is great product, however once you have hundreds of leads and customers Pipedrive it becomes difficult to be on top of it all.
