But, I love the fact that my clients get a reminder and their conformation shows on my calendar! Cons I am currently working out the bugs as a user. You mentioned that you found it was not possible to send reminders on a per-person basis. We don't have a single send option, however, using our custom criteria with expandable conditional logic and the ability to add liquid template coding inside your reminders, allows you to send very specific reminders based on very specific criteria. We built our system to be set it up and forget software that runs in the background. This means no workflow changes for our users once our system is setup. There are some hands on systems that allow you to send single text messages one at a time, and they might work better for your situation. Owner Music Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Good product - wish I could save money by not using email reminders" March 10, 2020 5.0 Pros The reminders are sent from google calendar, which is the platform we use to schedule clients, and make sure that our instructors know that they have a student at that time (by looking at their calendar). This helps to minimize the time it takes to schedule a student and send multiple reminders. Cons In order to get a package that includes the amount of text reminders I need to send, I have to pay quite a bit of money. However, the package also includes an equivalent number of emails to be sent, which I dont need. I'd rather save money by only paying for the text reminders that I use. Review Source CC Chris C. Pros That it works. Others I tried didn't and were not supported very well if at all. Cons The tutorials are good, but you need to tie it all together. December 2, 2021 5.0 I am a very busy solopreneur who has not only in-person events and meetings, but also several different types of meetings available for different businesses that I work with. This allows multiple calendars, logic-driven communications based on the calendar, and incredible flexibility with short setup time. Super impressed. Hands-down, the best alternative for appointment calendars at a super reasonable price. Pros I am super-impressed with this software. It ties into multiple calendars, uses logic to know I am one person with 3 calendars to coordinate. It's super easy to set up, which is surprising because it's so flexible. Usually, the more customizable it is, the harder it is to use. I can't say enough great things about this product. Plus, the presales and support teams were incredibly helpful as I was setting everything up. It was super smooth and perfect for small businesses. Also, it's incredibly flexible for integrating with website builders. Cons Incredibly, I haven't come across one thing so far that they haven't had a solution for and I've put it through the ringer. Reason for choosing Greminders No other product checked all the boxes I had as a business owner. I'm very understanding that sometimes issues will arise with a product, but I do expect to be supported through them. Ghosting a client that pays for your service is totally unacceptable! Pros Initially, everything seemed to be working well. We use it to send demo booking reminders to our clients and these have improved our show rate. Cons The issues began when I synced multiple calendars to one admin account — not all reminders were being sent. We have multiple AE's who don't need full access to the tool, I just need their calendars synced so their leads receive reminders before their demo. I reached out to GReminders Support, who advised me to turn on a setting to only send reminders from the host. In theory, this should have fixed it. But after that, reminders stopped working. Some people would get some reminders, others got none at all. I reached out to support again and they advised me to simply turn off the button again "as it was working fine before" (which it wasn't — and I could've figured that out myself!). Now, most reminders are sending as they should be, apart from the confirmation messages when someone books a demo. I've sent three messages now to support and no one will answer me. They're neither friendly nor helpful, and now they've totally ghosted me. I'm really shocked at the lack of support when we pay a significant amount each month for this product. Totally turned me off using this product and I'm currently seeking an alternative. Review Source MH Michael H. Both \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] helped me with every single question I had. They even went so far as to customize automated features I wanted that weren't yet featured in the software. I've had such a bad run with customer support lately... to receive this level of personal assistance was such a pleasant surprise. I would recommend G-reminders to any private business owner who has to deal with clients and appointment management. Cons It seemed complicated at first. But the team demystified it for me. Cons Very infrequently, when clients text back to the reminder message-- their reply doesn't get delivered to my account in a timely manner.
