Viele manuelle Arbeitsschritte entfallen, sei es im Versand, beim Erstellen von Dokumenten oder bei der Datenübertragung zwischen Shop, Lager und Buchhaltung. Dadurch spare ich enorm viel Zeit und Fehlerquellen werden reduziert. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Flexibilität: Xentral lässt sich modular anpassen und wächst mit dem Unternehmen mit. Ich kann klein anfangen und nach und nach weitere Funktionen oder Schnittstellen integrieren, ohne das ganze System umzustellen. Außerdem finde ich es toll, dass Xentral cloudbasiert ist. Ich kann von überall arbeiten, Updates laufen automatisch, und ich muss mich nicht um Server oder lokale Installationen kümmern. Pros Die Benutzeroberfläche ist aufgeräumt und logisch aufgebaut. Auch wenn es ein komplexes System ist, fühlt sich vieles intuitiv an. Die zahlreichen Schnittstellen machen den Datenaustausch mit anderen Systemen einfach und das erspart mir eine Menge manueller Arbeit. Cons Gerade bei spezifischen Einstellungen, Anpassungen oder Berichten braucht es manchmal etwas Einarbeitung oder externe Hilfe. Beim Support würde ich mir manchmal eine etwas schnellere Rückmeldung wünschen. Aber insgesamt überwiegen für mich klar die Vorteile.
