Solltest du feststellen, dass dein System an einer Stelle wiederholt langsamer läuft, nimm gerne direkten Kontakt zum Support auf, damit wir prüfen können, ob im Hintergrund vielleicht ein Workflow ins Leere läuft oder die Grenzen eurer aktuellen Instanzen ausreißt und man hier vielleicht noch etwas besser strukturieren kann. Die Community um Xentral ist ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Wo wir bisher sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen mussten, ist der zu langwierige Kundenservice und die nicht ganz optimale Lagerverwaltung. Pros Das Sie eine cloudbasierte Lösung ist und daher von überall aus und von jedem Rechner / Smartphone oder Tablet mit Internetzugang genutzt werden kann Cons Das viele Logistikprozesse entweder zu wenig Funktionen bieten oder zu viele einzelne Schritte benötigen um nur eine Aufgabe zu erledigen.
