Pros During my 27yr career at the jail we used 3 other JMS companies. BluHorseJMS has an outstanding software package that is comparable and/or better than any I have seen or used. Their flexibility and ease of use is outstanding. One of the main reasons we switched to BluHorse is because we were not satisfied with our customer service. We NEVER have a problem reaching someone (usually one of the owners) and getting a prompt response. You won't be sorry. Cons I really do not have anything negative to say about my personal experience with their system. It does everything I need it to do and then some. I've used 3 different JMS solutions and Bluhorse is one of the best. Pros It integrates well with other platforms such as inmate phone and commissary. It is easy to learn and has an in depth instruction manual. Support staff are typically fast to respond and answer/address any issue. Requests for changes to reports is easy and generally implemented on the next update. Bluhorse stands by their product and cares about their customer. I would definitely recommend them for JMS.
