Pros

Hippo was a great resource our company added. It was easy to use and exactly what we were looking for.

Cons

The installation process was a little long and frustrating because of our specific types of computers/software.

it has helped me with my customers to stay conected, saved me time in my bussines hours , and catch the attention of new customers

Pros

the Customizable Chat Bots, the chance to have a 14 day trial , the pricing is affordable for all the features you can use through hippo, the use of tags is useful , and the options for the metrics too

Cons

till now, i haven't got any problems or something i dislike about it

overall, I'm 50/50 on this program, although I didn't have enough time of continuous use on it

Pros

I liked that it was easy enough to manage vehicle repairs that my department was using daily had in depth detail about maintenance for a vehicle vs. general repairs

Cons

didn't seem to be too user-friendly. took too many "clicks" to get to where you wanted to go. It could've used an upgrade, like an A.I type fill-in the blank.
