Our overall experience with People Element was extremely positive. Their team was responsive, supportive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, which made implementation and participation smooth for our staff.

Pros

We appreciated how easy People Element was to work with from start to finish. Their team was responsive, supportive, and made the entire process seamless. The platform itself is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it simple for both administrators and participants to navigate and engage with the survey.

Cons

We had a very positive experience with People Element and did not encounter any significant challenges. If anything, there was a slight learning curve at the beginning as we familiarized ourselves with the platform, but their team provided excellent support to guide us through it.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with People Element. Although, I feel like they need to improve the reporting structure.

Pros

I like how it is simple to send out surveys and the customization of the survey aspect.

Cons

I think that it needs some improvement on the reporting and analytics side as well as the ease of use for inputting and editing employee/individual information.

Trying to improve employee engagement.

Pros

Website is generally easy to use and is fast.

Cons

Comment Reporting by group has a sorting problem. Sorts each set of comments per question by alpha, so you can't tell what that group's comments are. The Comment Reporting function should in a more prominent place. Definitions of survey specific words could be hotlinked, such as "Favorability," so it's easy for an occasional user to understand the survey terms.

Good experience so far. I enjoy the reporting capabilities and the access to important multiple users and manually assign a survey. I also like the feature that allows me to send multiple reminders to end users.

I recommend it highly. Some companies you begrudgingly endorse, but People Element is not one of those at all.

Pros

Functionality, Ease of use, powerful tools, great support.

Cons

No. Nothing comes to mind. We use it specifically for Exit Interviews, but look forward to expanding into more use cases.

I implemented PE at another organization, and it's a powerful tool yet easy to use.

Overall I was pleased with my PE experience.

Pros

I really love how user-friendly the PE software is. It was also very helpful to have a team that was knowledgeable and able to help walk our team through the process.

Cons

I disliked that the automatic scheduling software is only in MST and it does not always go out as scheduled.

Would love an IOS application for Iphone! Can live without this though.
