I have used this platform for several rounds of surveying my team. I have had no issues of note that would keep me from using PE in the future. I think it is easy to use and affordable.

Pros

I like that we can deploy the software to the team easily and track responses. I also like the reports and Word Cloud.

Cons

I would like more manipulation with the reports. Specifically, it it slightly difficult to find where certain reports are house within the final report.

Service has been excellent but the UI for the platform itself can use some help.

Pros

We liked how easy it was to use, build surveys and roll them out to our employees. We were also drawn to the excellent level of customer service provided.

Cons

The features are limited and there is not much room for customization. There is also no API for HRIS integration which makes is difficult to have a constant update of our employees.

Overall our experience has been positive.

Pros

We utilize People Element for our Executive exit interview reporting. This allows us to track the high performing executives that leave our company and find out the true why behind their departure.

Cons

Reports can be a little genetic at times. We have requested additional data points to display different viewpoints for our project and that has been accepted successfully.

Pros

I do like the graphs and the product is visually appealing. The amount of customization available for the survey and the dashboard is nice and more than I had available in the previous software we used. The customer service and regular training opportunities have been extremely helpful.

Cons

I use this tool for multiple client companies which doesn't seem to be what it is designed for. I can review the data for just one but when I go to print reports all of the company names show up and I have to remove them manually which is kind of a pain.

People Element is a welcome change for employee surveys. More bang for the buck, greater flexibility and ease of use. It simplifies the process of getting feedback from our team so we can focus on the response.

Pros

What drew me most to People Element was the ease of use, layout of the admin site and flexibility.

Cons

People Element is leaps and bounds better than the other software that I have used that I can't even complain. Keep staying ahead and of the curve.

Pros

The real-time dashboard is very useful. I like the reporting capability of the system.

Cons

The software isn't integrated with our internal system (Premier) or our data analytics system (People Analytics). I'm not fond of how a separate log in is required to access the program versus having a single sign-on. I hope that the benchmarking will be expanded in the future to include other industries, like Real Estate/Property Management. I'm also not fond of how custom questions have to be translated outside of People Element and then incorporated into the survey where we have to work with MasterWord to get the questions translated into another language.

I recommend it highly. Some companies you begrudgingly endorse, but People Element is not one of those at all.

Pros

Functionality, Ease of use, powerful tools, great support.

Cons

No. Nothing comes to mind. We use it specifically for Exit Interviews, but look forward to expanding into more use cases.

Pros

Online access to data. Need more training & explanation of data.

Cons

There was very little training on the system - not only how to find the information but also how to interpret it. The HR Specialists & Performance Specialists have struggled to make sense of the data to be able to make recommendations to our clients.

Pros

The product has been very easy to use and has helped us identify areas of improvement. I like the graphics.

Cons

Maybe a little more capability for drilldowns. Falls short in some areas but may be due to confidentiality. Very happy with the product

Over all good, but wish the bench marking reports included overall favorability and also included more industries to choose form. Also- need to work out the kinks on the reports showing all clients names on cover page. I know this is in the works.

Pros

The design and dashboard, functionality to customize as needed.

Cons

I think the data, particularly the data on the comment analysis is very confusing. Sometimes there will be a lot of negative comments in one particular category but then the comments will reflect positive under the sentiment, or vice versa.

Pros

I like the ease of looking at various prepared reports, ability to drill down to a date range where you may have more activity. I appreciate the opportunity for users to write comments as those are very important when analyzing what changes might be implemented.

Cons

People Element recently went through an update, and I'm not able to navigate as easily. However, it just might take time to learn the updates - it just wasn't quite as user-friendly as it once was, but I'm very willing to give it time and attention.

Made it easy for the team to take the survey as well as give me a summary of the findings.

Pros

I like the idea that it was able to make a full summary of the results of the survey. Was able to categorize the results and benchmark with previous surveys. Highlighted areas of improvement and also the areas where we are doing well as a company.

Cons

It is not very intuitive and would like to be able to share findings with different levels of my team, hence need to select what to and what not to share.

Pros

The product is easy to use. As an analyst, it shows graphs related to the survey responses, and you can change settings to see responses as a group (ex. what did the responses in a specific department say?). Overall has a great tutorial page as well to see how data should be interpreted.

Cons

It has a confidentiality threshold of 5, so if there are less than 5 responses in a group, it seems it's not possible to see those responses.

Overall experience - satisfied! Our account manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. He responds to emails in a timely manner.

Pros

This platform is easy to use. We can send out multiple surveys throughout the year with no additional cost. The question library is a great source.

Cons

It gets tricky uploading an employee list. You have to have it enter exactly as labeled, otherwise it will not work.

The set up and implementation team was a delight to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.

Pros

I like the fact that surveys can be deployed via text message.

Cons

I do not like the fact that when a user is duplicated (or 500 users are duplicated) I have to delete duplicate users one at a time. A function that would allow for deletion of multiple records would be very helpful!

We currently use Word templates for reviews. It is a challenge doing it this way as changes can be made without someone noticing. There are always multiple versions floating around. I like that this is a product that will organize all of that for us.

Pros

You can add comments for peers or staff any time during the year. I like that everything is captured electronically and their is an audit trail for who entered data when.

Cons

It is confusing when you open the software. Not all the screens are intuitive. To be fair, we are just starting to use it so it may just be lack of familiarity with the software that gets better the more we use it.

Until you fix the data reporting problems, I won't be providing a positive review. This should be simple to take information from a likert scale and present it in an easy to understand way.

Pros

I liked the customization of questions.

Cons

I hate the reporting feature. I think the way the data is presented is convoluted and confusing.
