I am able to navigate the system with ease and get payroll done quickly. The ongoing payroll, tax, and HR updates they provide are also helpful. Pros the best thing about RUN is how easy it is to navigate. Everything you need is clearly labeled and as simple as the touch of a finger to access. payroll and reports can be run quickly and efficiently. New hires and employee changes can also be input with ease while also requiring validation so nothing can be input by accident. On the rare occasion that I have needed help from customer service i have always gotten a quick response time. i am not the most patient when put on hold, so that is a big plus for me! Cons I honestly have no complaints with the program. the few issues that I have needed help with were issues on our part, not with RUN itself. They are reliable, fast and user friendly. As of now I do not have any complaints. Pros The pros I like about ADP are that it is extremely user-friendly and offers a strong support team. ADP seems to be a one-stop shop for businesses. Even if they don’t offer a specific product or service, they have resources and connections to help point you in the right direction. I like that you can find multiple solutions in one place without having to figure everything out on your own. Cons I have not come against anything I seem to be a "con". If I had to say anything negative I would say the constant emails can be a bit much but, it comes with the territory of business. From the beginning, their team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer our questions and make sure everything is set up correctly for our company. The onboarding tools, customizable employee handbook, HR resources, and prebuilt options have helped us streamline several of our processes. Most importantly, we feel supported and confident that we have the tools we need as our company continues to grow. Pros We have had a great experience with ADP so far! Their team has been extremely helpful throughout the entire setup process and has taken the time to answer our questions and make sure everything is set up correctly for our company. There are so many prebuilt options available, but I also love that we can customize each section to fit the specific needs of our company. We really appreciate the guidance and customer service we’ve received from the ADP team! Cons Honestly, we haven’t experienced anything that I would consider a major negative with ADP so far. If I had to choose something, it would simply be that there are so many features and options available that it can take a little time to learn where everything is and how to best utilize all of the tools. My company just started using it about a month ago and I process payroll for multiple clients. Pros The site is simple to navigate and working with multiple clients is easy. Each client's name is listed and you just have to click on the name to start working with them. Cons I think the site logs me out to quickly when I'm inactive. It only give you about 4 or 5 minutes before it asks if you're still there and then it will kick you out. Having ADP saves so much time that I don't have to worry about correcting tax errors, calling to make adjustments to payroll or having to contact someone and wait for answers to questions. Pros One of the best features is the chat box for customer support. It is super easy to use and the communication on there is fast and clear, providing answers very quickly. I also like the way the payroll processing is set up. There is an option to make 1x changes to an employees check, cancel a single direct deposit, adjust tax withheld and more. What's more is that I am paying significanly less for ADP than I was with our previous company and with way less headaches. Cons I do feel the employee handbook module could include some more common sections. There were some I did have to type up and add. Also, when I submit tax notices, it would be nice to have an open line of communication. Currently, once they close the request there is no way to let them know if the resolution was sufficient or if the claim needs further attention. Mostly there were tax compliance issues but they also got deductions wrong occasionally. There was always a new "payroll specialist" handling the account so if they were not familiar there were typically some kind of errors.
