It could be much smoother though. Pros Ability to create report packages that run automatically after payroll for easy access rather than having to run each report individually. Cons Inability to sort employees without sorting by department. This makes mistakes more prevalent because the employees are not in alphabetical order as they are in the time and attendance. ADP provides payroll and tax services that are a great help for our office staff. Our employees appreciate being able to login to their own personal portal. Pros I am treasurer of a small HOA. We have 15 employees to manage. The online interface is easy to use and provides good value for our part-time office staff. ADP provided great customer support as we were on-boarding. The rep who assisted us was available for email and phone communication. Cons ADP provides a multitude of human resources add ons. They constantly send emails to promote these add on services.
