Overall, my experience with RUN Powered by ADP has been solid. It’s not perfect, but it does what it’s supposed to do without creating extra work. It simplifies payroll, compliance, and employee management, saving time and reducing administrative burden.

The cost can add up depending on the features you need, and the interface could feel more modern. But overall, it gets the job done efficiently and is a solid choice for small business owners who want something dependable and fairly easy to use.

Pros

how simple it made payroll and business management. Everything is very user-friendly, from running payroll to handling taxes, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming even if you’re not an expert. I also liked the automation features—it saves time by calculating taxes and filing them for you, which takes a lot off your plate. On top of that, having everything in one place (payroll, HR tools, and employee management) makes it really convenient to stay organized and efficient.

Cons

What I liked least about RUN Powered by ADP was that it can feel a bit expensive, especially for small businesses or when you start adding extra features. The pricing isn’t always super transparent upfront, so costs can add up quickly. I also found the interface a little dated in some areas—it works, but it’s not the most modern or intuitive compared to newer platforms. The customer support and communication were excellent during the setup process, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. I was able to quickly learn how to use the platform and confidently run payroll for my small business. What stands out most is how user-friendly and intuitive the system is—it makes managing payroll simple and efficient. Overall, a great experience and a reliable solution for small business owners.

Pros

The customer support and communication have been excellent throughout the setup process. They made it easy to learn how to use the platform and get my payroll up and running for my small business. I especially appreciate how user-friendly everything is—it’s simple, intuitive, and easy to manage.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any major drawbacks so far. If anything, there is a slight learning curve at the very beginning while getting familiar with all the features, but the support team is very helpful and makes the process easy.

Excellent . I highly recommend Run powered by ADP . I’m confident in the program and support staff and I’m sleeping great at night.

Pros

Customer service is outstanding . I was anxious when we started because it was a new project for me but thanks tothe RUN powered by ADP I have felt very comfortable and getting great sleep at night . The access and ease of use are amazing. I’m generally not very good historically with AP’s but the RUN powered by ADP has built my confidence up. I love that I can push payroll thru from my mobile phone. I used to spend a lot of time with the old way of doing payroll. RUN powered ADP has freed up more time to do other things. I have found the communication and process implementation to have run really smooth. The flow is nice and the organization is well thought out. I am very grateful for ADP powered RUN. It allows me the confidence to be able to focus on other parts of my job description. I would like to say I really feel like RUN powered by ADP has been a great value for the money. Reasonably priced and I love the customization to my business needs, and the time it has freed up for me (by being so efficient and having worked out all the bugs and issues) has great value to me. I highly recommend RUN powered by ADP

Cons

The thing I least like about RUN powered by ADP is the fact that I was not aware such a system existed. I’ve been doing payroll the old school way for years and didn’t realize there was a more effective way to do payroll and free up more if my time
