The payroll interface is easy to use and saves real time each pay period, and features like the HR HelpDesk and Employee Access portal have added genuine value beyond just running payroll — employees pull their own pay stubs and documents independently, and the HelpDesk has been useful for compliance questions. Pros Running payroll across Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida without having to manually track each state's rules has been the biggest value for us. Everyone has been super helpful. It took about two months to get everything adjusted from our previous provider. Pros We switched over from another payroll provider and the platform has been so easy to use! I find it to be much smoother and payroll now takes less time that it did before. It has made hiring, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration much easier for a new business. There have been a few minor billing and communication issues, but customer service has been excellent about resolving them quickly. Pros RUN Powered by ADP has been a great HR resource for our business. The onboarding and hiring process is very easy, especially with the electronic invitations and document submissions. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or issues. Cons I would have appreciated more explanation upfront about how payroll taxes, fees, and other charges are withdrawn from the bank account. For example, one of our processing fees was charged about two weeks after payroll, which was confusing at first. We’ve also had a few billing issues, but once I brought them to ADP’s attention, they were corrected immediately.
