Fairly fast interface for data entry, preset reports generated after the run for download and to update QuickBooks is easy as well. Pros We've been using ADP for at least 10 years now. The support is excellent when you have questions or issues, call and you are on hold for just a few minutes and they are really good at providing quality support. The chat feature is easy to use and easy to find. The website data entry and management of employee profiles is easy to navigate. I added features such as 401k mgt and a company SOP handbook. The handbook is a valuable tool as ADP keeps it updated (and accessible on-line to employees) plus we get to update it with our own internal policies as well. Been very happy with our relationship with ADP and recommend. To us at least, they may not be the cheapest, but they are reasonable with top notch products, interface and support. They also allow us to run payroll by 2pm for next day direct deposit! This is a huge advantage over their competitors. Highly recommend. Cons Their 401k support isn't the greatest...between IRS, State, Fed and other rules and regulations it can be complex and difficult to manage. I'm able to complete payroll ten times faster now. Cons I don't have any cons with RUN program itself, but I've had issues with getting letters that payroll taxes filed late and extra fees and when I try to contact through the site and submit I get no responses. If you are a small business that is looking for payroll to be handled this is it. Cons sometimes the secure login is a little much. The required password changes get's hard to track. I find it an easy and straightforward payroll experience. Overall 9.5/10. Pros RUN ADP has been incredibly easy to navigate. Very simple and straightforward interface, clean layout. Customer support is excellent and 24/7. Quick and knowledgable. I find it very affordable. I have a small business with 7-10 employees at any given time but this would be great for any size business. I'm able to do payroll for 8 employees in about 4 minutes which makes it incredibly easy to process quickly. I've looked at several other platforms and continue to utilize ADP year after year. Cons I don't think there's anything I dislike about this platform. I honestly can't think of anything other than they offer a lot of products I don't use (I don't pay for these, and they don't harass you I just have to fill 100 characters). I am using it to run payrolls and secure medical insurance for our small group. The expertise provided is invaluable to me. Pros I love the customer support provided by ADP Run for its customer. Support is available via email, phone or online direct. The product is easy to use, intuitive and cost effective. Cons Although the program is easy to navigate, I think it would be helpful if an online demo was available that included instructions on how best to use the program.
