We did have one issue with the transition due to our bank blocking the payroll processing fees and she was able to resolve that quickly. Pros I have used ADP for years, I personally find it easy to use and, very straight forward and I cannot think of a time that I had an actual issue with it. Cons I really do not have any issues with RUN ADP, the cost can be higher but you do have more options for your company. It covers all of their compliance needs and is able to handle the variety of payroll needs that may arise from their industry. Pros When it comes to payroll providers there are many options to choose from in the space. As a CAS firm, ADP Run is the perfect solution for our small business clients. Run is an easy to use solution for onboarding employees and running their payroll. ADPs team is also a big help when it comes to onboarding or small business clients. Cons Overall there are not too many issues with RUN. I would say there is room for them to advance the technical side of their product like some of their competitors have. The QBO integration could have a few more features and be a bit more robust than it's current iteration. Pros Run by ADP makes my job a easier when it comes to dealing with payroll for one, and many other services. Just started a small construction company, and not having to worry about what taxes go where and if i did anything wrong, is worth its weight in gold. The customer service i receive from \[sensitive content hidden\] l is amazing! This guy answers me promptly every time i need something. If he doesn't have the answer right away, i get it within an hour. When i make payroll i get a call from the implementation specialist next day to make sure everything went smoothly.
