Value can't be beat and now they're adding in bill pay and get paid under the same subscription, no add-on expense Pros Ease of migration from another provider, Customer support was outstanding. Would recommend to other business owners. Pros It is easy to use and straight forward. You can simply input your employees time and it calculates everything for you even time for overtime options and vacation. Cons I would like there to be an additional email reminder to run payroll. They send you one on the Sunday before the Thursday that you need to run it. A text message would even be better on Thursday at 12pm so that you don't miss the cut off. I love having workers comp and payroll in one makes it so easy. Pros Its so easy to navigate. I don't really like computers but ADP makes it user friendly. They have workers comp and payroll together which makes it easy. They also have me the best deal in workers comp. Cons I honestly haven't found any thing that I hate. Pros easy once you find the right tab. if you are not an HR person finding the right tab is a hunt. people are responsive to help. I've worked with ADP for 6 years now and have had problem after problem and I'm not sure why i've stayed as long as i have Pros It is a simple platform to run payroll, not too hard to learn. The W2s and paying 1099s are definitely easy Cons The communication between the workers comp and payroll and ira are not too good. Cons Too many login portals, employees, administrators, and accountants, and I found my login in employee sections rather than the accountant section, can't tell which one the use, and poor guiding in that area. I didn't want to make the change, but my accounting firm didn't want to manage payroll taxes any longer and I had to. Now that is is up and running, it is easy and I am glad to use them. Pros The sales rep was great as well as the training session. Once it is setup and ready to go, the product is really easy to use. It made running payroll fast and thorough. The price is comparable to the accounting firm I was using. Cons I have one employee and I had to provide 14 different payroll reports. The process was finalized in time for the next payroll date, so I was going to have to redo all 14 of them. We ended up moving the process to the first of the year instead so I didn't have to do the reports. Not always easy to navigate but in the end very helpful. Pros Very easy to use system after the initial training. For questions that come up later the chat function is very helpful and when needed I have even talked to a live person. Cons Once in a while, after keying in the payroll hours, the option to Preview Payroll does not appear. Then I select Finish Later and come back to payroll to find the Preview Payroll option. I started with ADP workforce and changes to ADP RUN, and I find ADP run more user friendly. Pros I like RUN because its incredibly easy to use and user friendly. I've essentially never encountered any issues at this point. Cons I would like when employees register , the paperless mode should be set to off . Its hard enough to get employees to even register. Most important to me is that I can go online and print out any pay stub details I need without having to wait for a representative to look into it and send it. Cons The biggest challenge for me is the password.. with everything going on nowaday, it is an additional pw i have to remember. It's not hard to get answer to questions, when they arise. Cons I thought I was getting features that I recently found out were not available to me because of the tier we purchased. Since I have less than 25 employees I can not update to the higher tier. Pros RUN has been invaluable in setting up payroll and time clocking for my employees. It’s easy to use, but part of that is due to the amazing customer service provided by the team at ADP, available to assist with any issues and walk through all the systems. Cons I haven’t run into any issues yet, as my business is relatively new, however, the team is timely in responses, so I know they’ll be able to address any that arise. Review Source DC Dan C. Support is not great. I-9 check being added so late -- and it does not seem to work consistently. Very easy to use. Pros Very easy to pick up and intuitive tools. Vast amount of reports at my disposal and very responsive customer service. Payroll is a breeze. The sales team had full access to that program and we had numerous discussions about the complexity of the payroll and was assured it could easily be handled by ADP Run. In the end, it could not. Pros It's user friendly, easy to learn. The interface is easily navigated. Customer service is good. Several people worked weekly trying to resolve issues. Cons It cannot handle multiple local jurisdictions so it's not compatible for a small construction business that has multiple job sites, employees living in one state and working in multiple states. It took a month before anyone mentioned there were job types which could be assigned to a job because of this the general ledger journal entry had to be tweaked every week. The rep we have is by far the best we have ever had with any payroll company. Pros Good value for the money; easy to use. Customer support for Accountants is great. I like a lot of the features. Cons Reports are not the best. We sometimes need information by employee such as YTD and it is hard to pull one up for one employee. The feature is there it just doesn't always work for us. Pros I like that it's user-friendly, making it simple to use, and the customer support is always quick and super helpful! Cons I do wish we had a dedicated representative I could reach out to when needed. Rather than having to wait in a queue to speak to someone. I think it would be helpful to have someone who knows our company, making it more efficient when I do have to reach out.
