I am so busy with work that payroll and tracking employees time is nearly impossible to do on my own. With ADP its a breeze. Pros I liked how easy it was to setup with ADP. The RUN powered app makes it so easy to clock in employees. The value of the plans is very affordable. \[sensitive content hidden\] who helped me was so attentive from day one. Here customer service is great. Cons The promotion comes after your first three months. I wish the free three months would come first rather than later. Good website and app to do the payroll on the go. it helps with busy schedules. Pros what i like most about adp run is that its very easy to manage. it takes me less than 5 minutes to do my payroll. I love it that it has my workers comp as well and easy to do the certifacte of liablity myself. I like it because its not only helping business but people work better by the customer support they offer and willingly to help out. Cons what I leaest like about ADP is that i have to call the main number and talk to different reps and sometimes they dont know why i have called earlier but besides that all good. I dont like the wait when wanting to chat with a live agent. I dont like that live agents on the phone are foreign and make it hard to understand their english. Pros I dont really like much about this system. the only pro is that inputting the information is simple but the invite is not the contractors complained about not viewing their information. You need to use different emails for every company it seems. Cons it is not user friendly, and very expensive. The hype for this product is not what I expected, I still dont understand the general ledger and really dislike that I dont get to approve my own workers 1099 before being printed and sent out. The 1099 took forever to send out I had to email them and print them at home and hand it to the contractors to be compliant. Pros Great value for the money, and great customer support. Customer service was great during the set up process, and always ready to help when we have a question. Cons The migration from one payroll company to ADP was a bit clunky, but it was all resolved in the end. Nothing really negative to say. The reports are great and you can customize them too. Pros Run is so simple to use. Easy entry of hours. Knowing the tax burden is off our small company is wonderful. Cons When you need support there is too long of a wait time. You can't reverse a submitted payroll without live help. Once you get someone they make it easy to fix issues. Running the reports is good but I would like more reports option. Pros The Implementation team is knowledgeable and accessible. They are friendly and willing to help. Sometimes, they take some time to reply but overall they are good. Cons Easy to navigate and enter the data. I am glad we made the switch from Paychecks being the customer service is top notch and the website lay out is easy to use. Pros Customer service and easy to navigate when doing payroll, as well as checking reports and emailing our CPA's. Cons I don't think I have had a flaw yet, when using RUN ADP. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were answered in a timely manner and helpful. Set up time was a process, but overall it is good. We need to add two employees and we'll call when ready. They are currently locked out. Pros We appreciate the customer support when needed. RUN is easy to use for the most part and helps me manage payroll when I have to. Cons Struggled a bit adding employees and they have struggled getting locked out. Then as the owner I tried to manually do it and it says the email is in use, but that is the email that the employee uses. So, I will need to figure this out soon. February 9, 2026 5.0 Thus far, we are truly enjoying the time acquired by purchasing RUN, by time I mean the gain in more of it to use elsewhere. Pros The most enjoyable thing about RUN (Powered by ADP) is the interface. Online it is the gold standard, on the phone it is almost right there with it. The ease of use of its employee management is superior to others. Cons The phone version produced a lot of joy due to the fact that I could easily handle tasks and get ahead of our payroll day. The reps did a good job of selling ADP. ADP is also very easy to use and I like the fact that they handle any notices from the state or federal and as well as the end of year and quarterly payroll reports. Cons I did not receive adequate training in the beginning and so it was a little bit of a struggle. I wish the reps would've done a better job of on boarding me into the run platform. Controller Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Started ROUGH, but has gotten BETTER" May 6, 2026 3.0 It got off to a VERY ROUGH start, but after a month or so things seem to be running smoother. Hope it continues in the right direction. Pros Once RUN is setup with all of your specifications it seems to be rather easy to navigate. Once we finally got assigned a specialist and have the same person to talk to about our account things have run smoother. Cons ADP did not put enough time into the setup process before our first payroll thus many categories or specifics were not setup for us so when we went to process our first payroll it took nearly 2 days to complete. ADP had to keep making correction after correction. Tax rates were entered incorrectly so deductions were wrong. To be honest it was quite a headache getting everything corrected and right.
