When I contacted ADP with any payroll issues in the past the staff has been very receptive and friendly and they spend the time to address any issues that I may have. Pros The simplicity and ease of being able to process my firm's payroll and I very rarely had any issues in processing our payroll. It is also very easy to process changes in my payroll account. The implementation team was very through and helpful with any questions. Cons RUN is more expensive than my previous provider, and the addition of time keeping to my package added additional cost. The ADP team is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They are always available if assistance is needed. Pros The process of set-up for our clinic was quick & efficient. Time tracking & attendance are much easier to monitor. Staff schedules are simple to prepare & post. Payroll is much easier to process than the other payroll companies that I have used in the past. Pros ADP was a simple system without a lot of red tape or unnecessary workarounds or odd functions. Very standard system. The support from everyone has helped the transition to go smoothly. It was great to have someone walk me through the first payroll cycle and also check in afterwards to make sure that it implemented well. The platform is easy to navigate and use. Pros RUN Powered by ADP has been the easiest payroll system I have ever used! The customer support throughout the setup and launching process, but absolutely beyond comparison. They stayed on the phone with me the whole time while I completed my first payroll and even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was deposited smoothly into my employees bank accounts. There have been calls and check ins frequently to make sure everything is going well, and also reminder emails to make sure that nothing is missed on either side. Cons At this time, I have not run into any issues with RUN Powered by ADP. Everything has worked great and the platform is so user friendly that I have not had any problems at all. I am also being forced to use it by my franchise - we're all on it. Pros Ease of payroll entry - It's not difficult to figure out once the setup is completed. I also like to be able to pay off cycle and to have employees pay a loan back over several checks and the system knows when it's done. Cons The cost. For what I get, the cost is over $100 a month just to run payroll for 11 people. That's very high for a small business in my opinion. Should be around $45 to make it fair. Switched from [Paychex Flex](https://www.capterra.com/p/119841/Paychex-Flex/) Franchisor forced us to switch as they got better deal and service then with paychex.
