Seems to be a streamlined process that requires very little time on my end to run. Pros Website is easily navigable. Les’s moving parts and the setting titles allow me to find reports needed very quickly. Cons The website is very slow. Loading speed is subpar, and when the agent is logged into view my screen, it is delayed by a lot. The amount of time it takes to process payroll is much less and the mistakes are kept to a minimum. Pros It simplifies the payroll process! Payroll is more efficient and ADP reduces the number of errors in processing. Cons It does take some effort to make the out of the box product work. We had to get help to make it work for our specific payroll. Our payrolls gets done on time each week with little to no hassles. Pros Easy to Navigate Customer Service Always Available The system notices when wages are lower or higher for employees which promotes double checking all reporting is correct for each week Cons Finding specific reports for accounting audits. I made an error: I collect hours the same week I process payroll, so my dates are a bit off. The product has served me, in my payroll duties, well. The benefits of using the program have outweighed the cons. RUN makes doing payroll a breeze. Pros I love using RUN from ADP. It takes the guesswork out of completing payroll. It makes life easy for me by automatically calculating taxes, ensuring tax compliance, easy access to reports, and the readily available access for employee's portal online. Cons I do not like the high fees associated with RUN. I also find the customer service to be less than par. The platform is easy to use and creates a seamless onboarding process. Customer Service is always helpful and quick to respond. Cons ADP RUN cannot add deductions for a future effective date. This adds another manual process when a new hire enrolls in their benefits. I have to remember to add their deduction on the week that it takes effect. They take time to explain things Pros They really care about making sure that you get the help you need. They are very on top of communicating with us and making sure we understand what our money is going towards. If we call and don’t get an answer, we usually get a call back from them later in the day.
