I do not like constantly getting calls that act all friendly and people that act like we know each other to tell me what I need to get to comply. They also file all of the state and federal taxes, so I don't have to take time to do that. Cons There was an implementation issue with FUTA and SUTA, even though I was following the directions given by my representative. The people were great to work with, but it ended up that I'm going to have to wait until the end of the quarter to get those taxes back from the agencies. It's worth the money to have the customer service support for all your payroll questions. Pros ADP is very easy to use, and all the reports are organized and readily available. It makes keeping track of all your payroll information easy. I love having the app on my phone so if I need to get a report while on the go, I can. Cons I have no complaints about RUN by APD. Mostly no issues so far so can’t tell much on negative side. Only thing is if I have small business and they charge high amount for running payrolls. But overall I like the software and it is customer friendly. Pros It usually gives reminder in emails. I would appreciate more if they can give reminders also on the morning of due date. Cons It is Customer friendly, little on expensive side but it does it’s great job on running the payroll. Payrolls are customer friendly. Quickly can input payroll, saving time and frustration. Cons One draw back to using ADP pertains to 401K. They charge higher maintenance fees than other payroll companies and also require you to have multiple logins (1 for company account, 1 for personal account, and one for 401K account. Cons For the size of my company and what I need the software to accomplish, I do not have any problems at all. Pros What I liked most about RUN Powered by ADP is it's user-friendly interface, payroll automation, compliance support. Cons What I like the least about RUN Powered by ADP is the persistent upselling offers. I can click to read about something and then I have someone contacting me to try to sell it to me. They are fast and efficiency for any of the activity I have ever had to do or ask a question about Pros The company is very easy to work with and they do all taxes for me. I post the hours of my employees and they do the rest of the work Cons I wish it was cheaper to run the cost of payroll. This is something that I know I will use often. Pros I especially like the customer service support. I recently spoke with representative \[sensitive content hidden\] and he was extremely patient and willing to teach me a few more things that I can do on my own on ADP. Cons Getting disconnected from the system when looking for information to enter. I'm not sure if there is a way to set a time limit before the system shuts down due to inactivity. Cons ADP can be a bit much for a small business. We don't need all the features and it can be challenging to master what one needs without getting overwhelmed by what one does not.
