The tracking and reporting looks good as well. Cons The placement or finding some common features. I have trouble looking what I would think some basic functions - like YTD earnings. As mentioned above the customer care is top Tier and the people that run ADP and their workers are very knowledgable. Pros I like the ease of use for the system. The customer care is great as welll and they are checking in on you to make sure everything is going as planned. You have to run payroll a week before the direct deposit. Nothing works Pros Nothing, terrible payroll. Do not use this service. It is very easy to add people and change things in the system. Pros It is easy to access, and it is great to access all information quickly. The customer support has been excellent. It would be a lot easier if we had a specific person to contact rather than having to email all the time. Cons It is hard to have my staff underneath me access it as it shows payroll numbers and if it was able to protect that information to log in to put in payroll would be great too. Because of ADP we can now offer a 401k benefit to our employees. Cons What I like least is that our representative can't help us with everything after onboarding. The customer service to get started to using it on our own has been great. Pros The value for what we pay is amazing. I love the customer support and the ease of use of the user interface platform , there never seems to be any bugs or issues. We are impressed with how easy it is to track time off requests in Leave Management. The entire Process Implementation was fantastic. Cons There is nothing about it that we don't like about Run. I really like ADP payroll at this time Pros Very easy to do payroll. It can't any easier with this program. You can never make a mistake because it is so accurate Cons Contacting the help center. Tried so many times to ask a question but could not get through. We recently switched over and haven’t had any issues, things seem to be running smoothly. Much better than what we were doing before. There's a learning curve as with anything, and now I know how to get support when I need it by calling in instead of emailing. Pros The platform is easy to use and provides a lot of flexibility with reporting. Our sales rep was very available to help us when we onboarded. Cons After go-live, my e-mailed questions to the support team asking for help were not answered. The GL setup was also confusing and I never got it going. Cons nothing yet, except this survey/review requires 100 characters as a minimum in order to post your answer. that's time, which is money. It seems like we get complicated with great until you sign up for that certain thing and then you are ghosted and left with reaching out yourself to get things answered. Pros Ease if use and time tracking. Time tracking is great to be able to import the hours directly which lessens the risk of messing those up. Cons Implementation process. Seems like you are signed up and then just left to call yourself to figure things out. Able to pay my people correctly, etc… I can upload employee files, performance reviews all in ADP. Pros How convenient it is. ADP makes it easy for my employees to track there own time and see there hrs work. Cons Zero complaint. So far ADP has been working well for me. Zero issues with it on my end.
