Whenever I have a question or issue, support is just a phone call away. Overall, it’s a smooth and easy experience. Cons I don't have any issues with Run powered by ADP. I feel confident that I will be able to quickly learn how to navigate the program and utilize it's features. It seems to be user friendly. Pros It seems well organized. Utilizing the program should help eliminate errors in payroll reporting and taxes. Cons There are many options (links) to choose from, so there is definitely a learning curve to be able to swiftly navigate the program to find what I need. This has been the best payroll experience allowing me access to payroll and having the report needed for year end. The management of our payroll and our 401K allows our employees such a professional path for tracing their payroll and retirement. Pros The service provided is excellent and always accurate. We love having this done to free up time for our employees internally to accomplish other things. Cons Reporting payroll is sometimes a slow process due to traffic. Its a must for any business with employees. Pros Easy to use, easy to stay compliant with state tax requirements, and the ability to add features as needed. I like how the PTO is calculated and easy to keep track. Cons It charges a second payroll even if it is run within 10 minutes (we run a bonus payroll separately each pay period). They do provide a discount after we contact support, however it would be nice if this step could be skipped. I have needed to call support for various reasons and everyone is always nice on the phone. Pros I do very much appreciate their customer support. Their app and website are very easy to navigate and easy to run payroll. Cons I wasn’t quite set up properly with ADP. A handful of things were left out because I wasn’t set up right. However, pricing has become too high. Pros Easy to set up, use and maintain. The user interface is intuitive. Cons Pricing was higher than competitors. Not enough value for the money. Switched from [QuickBooks Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/174984/QuickBooks-Enterprise/) Quickbooks Enterprise was being ended (at least we were being told that from Intuit sales). August 7, 2025 4.0 ADP RUN has definitely made improvements over the years and I assume they will continue to. They are a professional company and do seem to care about getting the client what they need. Pros I like that they have added more functionality and features such as time card and the UI is better. Also, their product support is very accessible and usually solve my problems in a short amount of time. Cons Some of the user management was frustrating like not being able to have an admin with the same email address as an employee. And, employees have had a hard time logging in and getting information they want to on their own.
