From the beginning of my time with ADP I've received nothing less than excellent service. When I have questions I have never had to wait more than an hour to receive help, when I hit a snag at no fault of ADP but my own, they've always gone the extra mile to make sure my transactions were resolved quickly and with care.

Pros

I love that I can process my payroll myself with ease. The customer support is always top tier. I also love that I'm able to manage my employees information myself as I am very hands on with things concerning my agency. Let me not forget the price for all the products I'm getting. I am completely satisfied.

Cons

At this moment I can't think of anything I dislike about ADP. Since I began using ADP for payroll and onboarding I haven't had one issue.

For the most part, the Run application is sufficient for doing payroll, and I will continue to use it.

I like how most everything is pretty intuitive. And if I find it is not, there are usually helpful video demos that are available when searching topics.

Pros

Overall the technology is very user friendly. It is very intuitive and responsive. If you have ever used a slower platform, you will be grateful for the speedy flow of this program!

Cons

The sign in screen will frequently show an error message which can be frustrating. Not a whole lot of cons to be seen so far!

Much improved from WorkForce Now. I like it a lot. Tools are intuitive to access and locate. Payroll is very easy to run.

Pros

Simple tools and no extra complicated tools that need multiple steps to configure. I have had to contact ADP far less for help than with Workforce Now.

Cons

No document storage for the HR section accessible to employees or customized signed forms for the onboarding section. There does not seem to be an invoices section to see ADP charges broken down. Would like also have the ability to designate an employee with admin priveleges-- Must have separate email address.

Our company has been with ADP about a year and a half now and we have had no problems at all. That was not the case w/ another payroll company. It was an absolute nightmare.

Pros

The ease of processing payroll is great. I was reluctant at first with inputting the information myself, that I would make a mistake but the system lets you know if it found an error and double checks with you before you hit process.

Cons

I am old school and prefer speaking to someone. But once you process payroll a few times it just becomes easier and easier and you gain self confidence.

There was no communication w/ them. Once they had your debit info I felt like my account was being debited w/out any communication. It took me forever to cancel it, it was so difficult

The one downfall would be sometimes the wait time for the customer service support line can be very long. However, once you do get support, they are very quick!

I appreciate how everything is conveniently in one place, on one site. The report options are nice, and I can leave comments as reminders for myself!

Cons

The site is difficult to navigate, and not intuitive. Once I learned the site, it became easier, but I still have to call for help often.

Good but could be improved by specific numbers or emails to access different areas for payroll. It would be nice to be able to speak to your dedicated payroll representative when you have a question like Paychex's has available. I guess a little more white glove service. In the past if I left a voicemail or I sent an email I may not get a response until I include the initial sales rep that I had.

Pros

Availability to process payroll 24 hours a day is nice and also having access customer service at anytime of the day is helpful.

Cons

Navigation of sight could be more streamlined. Particularly the reports section. It would also be nice if instead a customer service emails that often get bounced back that each area had a dedciated contact email. ie. reporting dbl payments for w2

I chose ADP because of it's reputation and the convenience of having payroll, tax filing and HR tools all in one system. However the service on the other side has been disappointing at times. My most concerning was how payroll checks are delivered. They were left on the ground in a parking lot exposed to rain that day. For a company handling something this important this level of carelessness is unacceptable and raises serious concerns. in addition, thee cost structure is frustrating fees add up quickly, and it feels like you are charged for every little service that I feel should be included like the HR tools. Customer support for payroll processing is sometimes challenge. communication with representatives can be difficult at times.

Pros

I like that everything is at my finger tips Automatically calculate wages, taxes and deductions. I can run payroll in minutes.

Cons

I have trouble finding the correct web address. I don't care for the onboarding with the double typing the information twice and choosing the sex of an indiviual, is a little aggravating

My overall experience with RUN powered by ADP has been very positive. It easy to use and implement. I have never had an issue that cannot be fixed quickly. It handles all of our needs and has every report imaginable.

Pros

The customer support is second to none. If I ever have an issue I give them a call and it is solved within 30 minutes. It is extremely easy to use and the user interface makes searching for whatever you need very accessible. The amount of features is endless.

Cons

I have nothing that comes to mind when I think about what I like least about RUN powered by ADP. Any issue I ever had has been solved by customer support.

Pros

It is very user-friendly. The system allows me to be very interactive and direct when selecting potential products to order.

Cons

Some confusion on the rollover display of the products. Sometimes the products are magnified too much, and I am unable to zoom in on the specifics I'm looking for.

Sometimes when I am logged into the system it times me out and when it does, It is so hard to log back in. The payroll feature is no longer there and I have to log out / log in maybe 5-10 times to get back to what I was doing.

Pros

What I liked most about RUN Powered by ADP was how intuitive and reliable the platform is. It streamlines payroll, tax filings, and compliance in one place, making it easy to manage payroll accurately while saving time and reducing stress for both employers and employees.

Cons

The Timeclock - I dislike it. The hours come over into the payroll but the overtime / holiday pay does not carryover property and they must be adjusted. There are no alerts saying someone forgot to clock out. It is easy to just approve the payroll without going into each employee to edit times, which is a required task.

It has been a great experience. Much better than any other programs we have used. Saves me a lot of time.

Pros

So easy to use and if I get stuck, chat is always there and very helpful. Compared to other programs, much more bang for the buck. Reports are readily accessible.

Cons

Out of state withholding taxes weren't always correct and ended up with additional payments due. Fortunately not a big amount. Part of this is because the states did not notify us of the correct percentage to use.

It’s fine, it could use some modernising to make it less clunky, it seems more geared to enterprise thn smaller businesses.

Pros

Run payroll has great customer service, is relatively intuitive to use, onboarding is as easy as creating an account and logging in, and the UI is fine for what it is.

Cons

The cost adds up fast when you select add on service, and the payroll pay periods are generally wonky and require multiple step resolution, as opposed to being able to change it on the home page.

There are no applications that I can just print off I have to put it together. And I get a lot of emails for retirement plans but we are to small for a retirement plan

It was a super smooth transition. As the admin, I was able to add another user and I sent invite emails to employees so they are able to access their paystubs any time they need to.

Pros

We recently switched to ADP and so far I love how user interface. The layout is lo logical and easy to follow even for non-tax people. The reps we worked with responded to all my questions and have been available during the onboarding process for anything we need. The reports available are easy to customize and readily available too

Cons

I wish that I could add my own state tax account numbers. We had to add another state to ADP and I was not able to do it on my own I had to reach out and wait for someone to set it up for me. If we hire an employee from another state, I'd like to be able to add our company information myself.

It’s great our office manager does all the work all the tax forms are filed. All the taxes are paid. There’s no risk of any penalties.

Pros

I am a CPA and I have been dealing with payroll for my entire career. ADP makes it easy and takes all the stress out of the job. Anyone can do it.

Cons

I don’t know. We did see some problem with setting up clients we saw taxes get double paid in the set of process for those some new clients who were brought in in the middle of the year mostly problems with the Michigan UIA.

ADP Process implementation feels complicated, too many documents needed to an extent that the clients gets frustrated. Its not smooth or user friendly.
