Pros

This payroll system is very easy to navigate and use for someone who recently just started processing payroll.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to get through customer service. Be prepared to be on wait for at least half an hour to get a representative to help you on the phone.

I really like Run by ADP. It is so easy to use. It literally takes me 2 minutes to run payroll. The fees are a little on the high side, but I suppose they are worth it.

Pros

The ease of use. It is truly one of the simplest programs I have ever used.

Cons

I wish that it would allow us to run payroll a little bit later in the day. We have to run by Thursday morning for a Friday payday.

Pros

Able to view all info such as 401k, pay stubs and work related info. Having all of this in one is great.

Cons

the 24-48 hour wait after signing up for the 401k. Having to wait that long to check on this info is not a great way.

Pros

I absolutely loved ADP and the style of the website for running payroll. It was extremely easy to navigate and compared to Paychex (which is so confusing and I miss them) . The customer service is also amazing if you ever had any trouble navigating.

Cons

I cant say there are any cons to RUN ADP. But ADP as a company in general is a little pricier than other payroll companies.

The dash board is pretty easy to navigate. I love that it has tax info available, i really enjoy the pie chart that gives you the percentages of where your money is going.

Cons

I don't have anything really bad to say other than I wish there was an option for you to view your year to date net pay.

Pros

Super easy to use. Anyone with 2 fingers could submit payroll through this system. Reports are easy to get and adding employees and direct deposits into the system is easy as well. They also offer access to HR forms and recommendations which is very helpful to small businesses. Paychecks were always delivered on time.

Cons

Its such a big company so we didn't have an individual rep to help us when there was an issue. It didn't feel like we had any relationship with anyone there.

Much easier to use than our previous provider... and a very responsive, helpful and friendly support team.

Pros

Site is easy to read, i.e. good colors & fonts. With time and repetition, it is easy to process payroll.

Cons

There almost seems to be too much information available; things that don't apply to my account, which can be confusing at first. Once you know what to ignore, it isn't so bad

Easy weekly payroll.

Pros

Can use from anywhere, don't have to have my computer with me. It is easy to add overtime hours and also additional tax information

Cons

Menu is sometimes confusing when I am looking to run some reports. I can't always run pay stubs, I think it has to do with pop ups blocked but customer service has helped me.

The software was pretty straightforward and simple- for anyone running payroll for 25 people or less.

Cons

If you are running a payroll with more than 25 people and with tipped employees it could get a little tedious, but ultimately it was very simple

Pros

I can do it online anywhere. I can make updates immediately. I can save and go back to finalize later.

Cons

The bi-monthly payrolls are on their timeline not our. When I first started they gave me a person who spoke broken English and wasn't always available.

I love processing my payroll with ADP. It is very easy and quick. I never have to worry about payroll. I just go into the program, click a few clicks and my payroll is complete. It is such a relief knowing that I don't have to stress over payroll. I am a small business owner and wear many hats, payroll processing is one hat I don't wear but for a few minutes every two weeks. This service is a blessing for anyone with a small business!! I highly recommend ADP payroll processing!!

Pros

Easy to use, adding new employees is very straightforward all functions are in the right place, web base which is great so I can do payroll anywhere, the reports are nice and easily accessible

Nothing really, can not use any web browser I would like, no reminder option to set up, or at least I do not know about it

Pros

I have always had a great ease of use with ADP products. They save my information over various years and various companies I've worked out, which is nice if I ever need to go back and look at something. RUN has a nice, eye-catching user interface. I can find what I need, even if sometimes it takes me a few extra clicks to get there. It seems like there are a lot of potential options to utilize within the system as well. I also feel that my information is secure.

Cons

As mentioned earlier, while not a major issue, sometimes it seems to take a few extra clicks to get to a page I need. Usually once I find things I need though it isn't terrible. Viewing benefits is also strange. It shows you your coverage as of today's date, but to see upcoming coverage you have to go through some strange hoops. When things are current though it isn't bad.

The system is easy to use and it seems that ADP has thought about everything, including adding bonuses. The professional and experience shows in their product.

Cons

Not integrated with my current scheduling program and timeclock, so I have to manually type in hours. I would like to have one product do everything.
