Pros

The only positive thing I have to say is the customer service is very quick to respond to you and help you over the phone.

Cons

This product is expensive and they charge an extra per check if you need to correct something on payroll. Once submitted there is no way to undo payroll to fix any errors or add in hours.

Features and functions are easy to navigate through. Software is new for our team but has been very useful.

Cons

No cons about the software. Often times when logging in, the "remember me" option does not remember my password credentials.

The benefits that I got from this software was that I went paperless, could see my benefits, vacation time, can view my W2s, plus other personal information.

Pros

The most I like about the program is the system is very user friendly and allows me to have access to my own information. It has new function that started this year, plus it was wonderful to be paperless.

Cons

The least that I like about this program was, that if I was on vacation it would not show up, and them my vacation accrual, wasn't being carried over like it was suppose to.

Pros

It's very user friendly and "learn" time is minimal. I am able to switch in and out screens clicklynand without a lot of delay.

Cons

Nothing specific. So far, I haven't encountered any problems that have kept me from performing the tasks at hand or required in my position.

Easy to use, very clear how and where to do various tasks. Normal, regular payroll process is quick and thorough

Cons

Issuing manual checks is awkward, it seems like every time I need to do a manual check I have to call Support to insure I did it correct. I don't do manual checks often so I forget in between.

Pros

It is an easy to access and use application. I can access reports and spreadsheets that allow us to easily take care of the task at hand.

Cons

At this time we do not find an area where we can say we do not like. If I have to pick a feature that I dislike the least it would be the password change process.

I have used ADP as our payroll processor for a number of years and overall I am satisfied with all aspects. Sometimes however, I feel that they try to sell me services that I do not want and really do not need.

Pros

ADP is an easy to use payroll service. I report our hours on line twice monthly and they do the rest. It as been easy to make changes to employee info, to add and terminate employees and to manage hours and wages. Customer service has been professional and helpful as well.

Cons

I cannot printout my finalized payroll page and I feel I am paying for some services that I may not use. I also wish the wait time were shorter when calling for help and did not necessitate requesting a call back.

We love being able to have control over entering the payroll information on our own time schedule, being able to log in and pull up reports instantly, without having to request it & wait for someone to get back to us.

Pros

The software is easy to use and I can print reports immediately after completing the payroll so that the bookkeeping is a breeze.

Cons

The only problem is that (for no apparent reason) I sometimes need to log in again. I don't have this happen enough that I remember my login information.

It's hassle-free.

Pros

Everything is in plain language. I don't have to be an accountant or need a finance background to use the software. It demystifies the payroll process.

Cons

I'd like to see more info on the dashboard. I spend more time than I like going off and searching for info in reports.

The software is very easy to follow. Working with the program was simple. When they set me up they were very good at explaining all of it to me. If I have any questions I can just call and they are very helpful with anything I ask.

Easy, non confusing. The technician came to the office and spent a lot of time with me setting up the program. She was very knowledgeable and patient. No problems thus far. I am sure when I do need help it will not be a problem. Everyone on the phone has been very helpful to guide me through the process. Thank You.
