It helps me get my payroll done on time.

Pros

How it's laid out to minimize the amount of time it takes me to do payroll. I also enjoy how the software is laid out visually.

Cons

Some of the decisions in setting up employees could be a little better. Also a little more info on some of the reports.

We are not happy with any part of the service or software. We were promised something much more than we are receiving.

Cons

Cannot reach a representative without a 20 minute hold We are not receiving all of the services that were sold to us

Pros

It is always functional and fairly easy to use. Plus the customer support is helpful and seem to always be in a decent mood.

Cons

As with anything the cost comes into play and I wish the cost of this would go down and not become a factor in staying with the service.

Easy to access from your mobile of tablet. Payroll and other feature make Hiring and compliance easy.

Cons

When doing payroll, if save and finish later I have to go back to my first slot to get to the end to finish up once I return.

I love that I am able to run payroll from anywhere, and have instant access to the documents right from my phone or laptop.

Cons

There is nothing about the software that I don't like, although I would like for the phone app to have more options and possible a chat option.

Pros

Allows for easy new hire setup and employee termination process- the wizards built in for each of these functions is a time saver and easy to navigate through

Cons

Using this system fast and effectively takes quite a bit of training, even for someone who has used ADP before. WFN is an entirely different beast.

Filing of quarterly employment taxes.

Pros

The software is easy to use. It is very intuitive. I find it easy to run and print reports, especially during the past several months. Prior to that time it seemed to always lock up after running one report. I would have to get out and log back in to run a second report. That no longer seems to be a problem.

Cons

No real cons on the software. It is fairly expensive for us just being a husband/wife team, so no other employees.

Simplicity. All the areas are easy to find and the flow of the website is user-friendly. I can see multiple reports with a few clicks.

Cons

I have to add an extra row when I'm paying more than payroll item. It could be easier if I could just add it in the same row.

Pros

Direct deposit and tax capture. Takes less than 10 minutes to run payroll most weeks. Support personnel very helpful.

Cons

Not fully integrated with EZ Labor Manager. Adding and managing employees is not foolproof. Menu structure reminds me of old DOS programs.

Supported by paper based new employee data collection. I would rather have new employees log into a portal to complete most, if not all, set up.

Pros

I like the ease of use and ease of pulling up reports. I like ADP's response time and attention to client service and satisfaction. There have been a few hiccups, but the attention to our concerns were handled in a professional and timely manner.

Cons

Ease of use and the fact that I can speak to almost any ADP representative and they would be ready and willing to assist instead of always wanting to hand off the problem to the implementation specialist

Pros

It's very easy to navigate whether using a cell phone or computer.

Cons

Sometimes when I'm using my phone it won't download like it's supposed to. For the most part it works great.

Overall quality and customer service - both are very good. Easy to implement and when there are issues customer service is very helpful

Price - A little too expensive for small business. I understand the price structure but I wish there could be some sort of lower tier for pricing

Easy to get payroll done quickly

Pros

Good customer service when you need it (which is rare) and good security. They notify me by email when payroll is due and when I have completed it.

Cons

This actual screen where you enter payroll is very horizontal. It makes it hard when using a smaller screen

I like the ease of use and that I can be anywhere and just log in to the program and submit my payroll or vacation or holiday runs. I cannot really think of any cons. I have not had to utilize customer service online or at the call center.

Ease of use. It's much faster than when I had to do it by phone with Paychex. It's possible to use even when I've been out of the office.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to find appropriate reports. I have had to call for support to figure out how to organize information I need.
