Pros It was easy to use, input was easy. if I had questions , the support staff were very knowledgeable and had a solution . Or they walked you thru the solution. Pros I think this is a very simple platform. Even tax questions are not intimidating for the non-financial brained business owner. Cons The one thing i don't like which is not necessarily a big deal is the ability to post part-time employee hours on the last pay day of the pay period. Often times i would have part-time people not show and I will have already paid them in anticipation of their hours on that day. Then I need to manually override the hours for the next pay period. Pros Easy to use, fantastic customer support, able to use the additional payroll check feature and I love the calculate payroll check feature too. Cons Hard to get the quarterly reports to reflect on the proper state provided form. Looks good on the computer but we normally have hard copy and it is not easy to follow. Pros In theory it should allow you to handle all aspects of HR issues that relate to running a business Cons It does not deliver because the issues that pop up like Workman's comp audits that are not properly handled or other interactions with ADP that require long hold times and weeks of waiting are not something that you can readily address. Adding new employees and giving bonuses, or additional pay on paychecks is much easier on this program. Cons The app is a little different to use. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. Other than that, I really have no complaints. August 15, 2017 5.0 assurance my HR is in compliance and easy payroll processing. It also gives us nice perks like direct deposit and easy reporting. Pros The software is very intuitive and makes processing payroll incredibly simple. If we do run into an issue, I can always get the customer support which has always been more than helpful. Cons Managing the PTO for new employees could be more automated. I have to set calendar reminders to add peoples sick time and begin the accrual of vacation time on their 6 month anniversary date. I also live that I can track so much employee information in the system including days off, etc. Cons I haven't found much that I don't like about the system yet. It literally takes me 2 minutes to run payroll. The fees are a little on the high side, but I suppose they are worth it. Pros The ease of use. It is truly one of the simplest programs I have ever used. Cons I wish that it would allow us to run payroll a little bit later in the day. We have to run by Thursday morning for a Friday payday. It was extremely easy to navigate and compared to Paychex (which is so confusing and I miss them) . The customer service is also amazing if you ever had any trouble navigating. Cons I cant say there are any cons to RUN ADP. But ADP as a company in general is a little pricier than other payroll companies. I love that it has tax info available, i really enjoy the pie chart that gives you the percentages of where your money is going. Anyone with 2 fingers could submit payroll through this system. Reports are easy to get and adding employees and direct deposits into the system is easy as well. They also offer access to HR forms and recommendations which is very helpful to small businesses. Paychecks were always delivered on time.
