Being a "many hats" small business manager, the ever-changing payroll problems were becoming overwhelming! RUN Powered by ADP simplified everything ! Answers are just a phone call away. And month-end and year-end reports are easy to obtain. Employee payroll records are always at hand. Makes my job much easier for sure!

Pros

TotalPay makes bank reconciliation easier. Also, the ability to add a bookkeeper/accountant is great for helping me assist multiple clients.

Cons

As great and affordable as it is, as cheaper version for just one employee would be nice.

Interface is laid out well and easy to use. Timely reminders and helpful staff. I have been able to run payroll easily

Difficult to connect with customer service at times. When I am able to get in touch, the service is wonderful

Switched to ADP late last year. The transition was simple, no problems. Excellent customer support during the transition and since. Their online system is easy to use, very little training is necessary. My employees are excited to have access to their pay and time off information online.

Very easy to set up & user friendly. Customer Service was very efficient and knowledgeable.

We are very pleased with all the support we have had with ADP. We have had several new payroll processing employees and they have been very helpful when we called with specific questions. The one item that is concerning is at time the wait time for customer service is rather long.

ADP provided us all the information we need from the payroll register. Only, I consider the ADP Bi- Weekly Payroll charge for $$is too high for one (1) employee working 60 hours every twoo weeks. I wish ADP will consider a decrease in our by-weekly payroll charge.

Pros

Finding time to process payroll can be tricky with my very busy schedule. I love that I can literally enter our bi-monthly payroll information only a day or two before payday and it still auto-deposits into our employees bank accounts on time.

Cons

Still have yet to figure out how to change the payroll period dates on the printed check stubs.

Pros

Easy to use, group the information in an accessible and orderly way, it is quite fast and helps to maximize the time

Cons

for the moment has been very useful, I have had some situations that have been resolved quickly, the only cons would be that some reports have not been available

Quick easy access from anywhere.

Pros

This software is very simple to use. I like that you can login and get the job done in very little time. Processing payroll doesn't create income so it's nice to be able to get it done quickly.

Cons

I wish I could set processing payroll up on auto-process. The less time I have to spend the better it is for me.

Easy to maneuver; able to access reports from pulldown menu bars readily; screen is legible and the help menu is able to guide to solutions

Not intuitive to access payroll form for the current month; had to call help desk to change amount;

Pros

The software was not too difficult to use so getting the payroll out was easy. I liked the ease of printing whatever reports or journals that were needed anytime.

Cons

I really did not appreciate the customer service. If you had a question, you would be placed on long holds. Also they were not that friendly.

Pros

Everything was simple. Payroll which can be daunting was easy as a few clicks, and ADP was always their to assist you in navigating the portal

Cons

The various portals were a bit challenging to navigate. Set up a favorites page so you remember which one to log in to
