Simplicity gives me speed tip work

Pros

Simplicity, how easy it is to use compare too different software as I had opportunities to use different ones. Pretty well designed software... Wouldn't ask for any changes. In today's environment it's not easy too find such a helper like this one

Saves a lot of time. It's faster than in the past.

Pros

Great and easy to use. Very user friendly and using Excel sheet is faster than what we used in the past.

Cons

The only thing i would perfer is that i can view the report prior to it being submitted and done. In case there is an error it can be caught before it's submitted.

Pros

This is a super user-friendly way to get online and view bill pay. I am a user and my employer just switched our payroll over to ADP. Its very nice to log in at any time and view payment details, deductions, etc.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the software. There were some issues with set up at our company and it took everyone a couple days to get fully enrolled, but it works great now that everyone is up and running.

I have to say I loved the product but I was never crazy about the customer service. They don't get back to you right away and at the time you are holding the line for a long time. If ADP had a direct contact to call someone when you have a problem I would gibe them 4 stars.

Pros

The interface is extremely user friendly. Accomplishing simple tasks like vacation requests has become much easier and quicker.

Cons

The only negative for me is having to remember another set of log-in information. But, my browser has that info saved for me.

Pros

I love that I'm able to get access through my phone app. It is also very user friendly. A++++ ALL AROUND ADP!

Cons

Monthly pricing is my only issue. In my opinion I should only be charge as I run payroll not get charge if I decided not to run payroll.

Easy to see what is deducted or withheld from my paycheck each pay period. It also loads much faster than the last system we used.

Cons

Nothing, yet. It seems easy to use and so far I haven't experienced any issues in viewing and understanding my payroll deductions and withholdings.

RUN is easy to use, period. I find the product easy to manage and the software to be intuitive.

Cons

ADP RUN does require some time to learn as it's so robust. There is a lot of data, pages and resources that you'll have to look for at first, but then, it becomes easier.

This is a great payroll software -- if you can afford it!

One day check delivery.

Cons

To write a check out of a pay cycle costs. To edit a payroll you have to cancel it and pay a fee, then run it again.
