ADP is by far and away the most professional and easy to use with clear reports and excellent client services. So in my own business that was my selection and the best one. By using them for payroll we don't have to worry about that part of our business anymore. Cons The fee we pay is more than their competitors. Pros You can access anywhere with internet, and it's pretty powerful with time tracking and all the deductions and retirement needs. Cons There really aren't any cons to the software. The only problem I've had was an issue when my password wouldn't work. I always have help when I need it. I like the mobile version also. It works very well. I was very surprised how helpful the mobile version was and very easy to navigate through Cons I would like there to be a comment box when an employee has been terminated. Sometimes they have done things that need to be noted for the future. If they were to file for unemployment or for a job reference it would be nice if there was a place for reason for termination.
