Any time I had an issue, I was able to get help quickly either from my account manager or customer service. Pros It's very user friendly. I also like the professional development couses. They're short, but helpful. Cons More AI videos would be nice. Now that AI is being used by the firm, basic courses on how to use several AI tools would be very useful. I have not had any negative experiences using ADP RUN. My account managers are readily available to answer any questions and help with any problems I have with my account. Pros Ease of use and availability of new products is always constant with RUN. Adding new contractors and all of the associated info is very easy. Cons The only thing would be the need to change my log in password every couple of months, other than that everything else is great. Both the website and chat service, the call service, and every time I need anything. Cons Sometimes there are tax payment issues and they struggle to get certain taxes paid, but they eventually work. Implementation was a breeze. Cons I do not have any negative observations of ADP at this point. The technology used by ADP is fine tuned and user-friendly. I've tried other companies that were more cost wise with less support. Cons The only thing I think could be improved would be the time off tracking for employees using PTO, it would be awesome if we could add their hours taken when submitting each payroll. After some guidance with our first payroll I've been able to run the next two payrolls unassisted. Its saving us money and giving us more flexibility with cash flow. Pros It's considerably cheaper than Quickbooks, the onboarding team has been great and I've been able to get the support I need quickly. ADP doesn't hold onto our cash for an extended period of time. If I want payroll to go out on Tuesday, I can run payroll 1-2 weekdays before. With Quickbooks they would pull funds almost a week before payroll went out to my employees. I also like that they offer perks for our employees, that's an added bonus! Cons Just like anything new, it takes a while to get used to it but it is fairly intuitive. I'm still not 100% sure how it integrates into my Quickbooks for bookkeeping. September 11, 2025 5.0 They are well organized with good communication. This is hard to find. I would highly recommend them. Pros The cost was less than our previous payroll company and their customer service is great! We have since added the HR and Workman's comp. Cons Nothing really. We have not run into any issues. When we added the 401K it did take a while to change over to them. But in the end it worked out.
