It was informative and brief and even though it offered information about other states, I would like to have presentations offered particularly to my state of California. Any small question or issue I may have is answered promptly. Pros I had used ADP run in the past and when I opened my business, I went straight to ADP for assistance. I found the program easy to use iand the support among some of the best. I can recommend anybody with a small business all the way up to a large business. Support is only apology and no actions. Try other companies they all do the same and sure better service. Pros Nothing there are many other payroll services which can do the same and at the same price. They have a fancy sales team to reel you in but once closed you will not get an email reply for several days. Cons Zero customer service….they follow up and you tell them the issue and all they are trained to say is sorry you are having an issue. But nothing will be done. ADP is only for large business clients. The platform is easy to use and creates a seamless onboarding process. Customer Service is always helpful and quick to respond. Cons ADP RUN cannot add deductions for a future effective date. This adds another manual process when a new hire enrolls in their benefits. I have to remember to add their deduction on the week that it takes effect.
