The onboarding is very thoughtful and the support is like no other! Cons It’s more expensive than some other software options, but you get what you pay for! Reason for choosing Dental Intelligence It had the most comprehensive, user friendly software out there. Pros I love how much it can do for you in so many different areas of front office work. I also love that I can view claims and easily filter through what I need. The analytics are one of our Doctors favorites! We also use the morning huddle every day!! Cons The only complaint I have is that it only refreshes over night. So When you do stuff to change something, for instance when I close a claim in eaglesoft, it still shows as open in DI, until the next day. " June 15, 2023 5.0 Dental Intel has help our office by keeping our schedules filled, and we are currently booked out till October for Hygiene and August for Providers! Pros The recall is great and has lots of ways to filter from age, no apt made, last apt and more. They also have an online scheduling that keeps track of HYG past due, unscheduled TX, broken appointments and can pull from our ASAP list! Even if you do not want patients to be able to make their own apt (we do not) the rest of the information that DI can tack is so worth it, and to be able to pull from the ASAP list is a game changer! Plus, they offer so much more, really is the best engagement system we have used! Cons We do not use the Analytics. I am sure it is great!, however just something our office feels we do not need Reason for choosing Dental Intelligence Dental Intel offered all the same product, plus more with more reasonable pricing, and the customer service was exceptional! " June 16, 2023 5.0 Pros There are so many great features about Dental Intel so it's hard to pick just one. It is very user friendly, support is always great, the patient communication is the best and the electronic paperwork saves hours of work. The analytics you can get about your practice are amazing. You can really take a deep dive into your practice to find out where your strengths and weaknesses are! Cons I don't really have any cons about the practice that I can think of! I do hope as they become more popular and grow in size, their top notch customer service stays at the level I have grown accustomed to. Pros Customer service has been the best I've experienced in my 12 years of practice and 10 years of practice ownership. It's a company based in another state than I am in, but it feels like they are right next to us because we can text, call, email and they are right there! The software itself is easy to use, easy to implement and once again, they were right there when we needed anything. The platform is nice to look at, gives it a high quality feel, great user experience for us and the patients. They're are always updating their features and gives a monthly announcement and video on the new updates. It's very impressive. Cons If I could go in and edit my own health history forms that would be fantastic, but maybe in the future. Currently, we email in the edits and it's done in a few short hours or a day. I'd waited put to an hr and my staff has waited over an 1hr to get customer support. That's not acceptable. There's other things we got to be doing than asking for simple things to change. Cons Complicated product , training is difficult because it requires a high level of competent knowledge and use of Windows. Low level trainers did more harm than good. I have been working with Jodi for the past year and cannot say enough good things. The personalization and direct help we have gotten from her is amazing. Cons Set up is important. " January 6, 2020 5.0 Increased patient compliance and improved communication without the inconvenience of picking up a phone. Pros Expanded functionality. 100%. Modento features far outperform the competition. Aside from basically having a digital new employee (for a fraction of the cost), the paperless check in, treatment planning, consent forms and voicemail drops are definitely our favorite features so far. There is not a single thing to dislike. Cons Initially, integration with Eaglesoft was limited, however I was informed that advanced integration was in process. Which Modento quickly delivered much quicker than anticipated. They really know their stuff and do all they can to make sure their software works for you. Which it should. Pros I can go on and on about this software. If you like to know the overall health of your dental practice- this is the BEST tool to help you can have. It helps you set goals, gives you tools to achieve your goals and uses YOUR data to understand how your practice works. It does require you to use it frequently in order for it to work, but it's' really not asking much except making sure the data matches your Practice Management Software. Understanding the current state of your practice is crucial in making any improvements. Dental Intel gives you everything you need to do this. Cons I wish that this software would do real-time updates. It does refresh at midnight, but I wish that as we completed follow-ups and scheduled recall and what not throughout the day it would tell us how we're doing on our goals during the day instead of having to wait until the next day. The platform/product is cutting edge for what it does for my practice in comparision to other similar softwares out there. They are also constantly evolving and adding new features. They have the ability to customize everything for your practice. Cons There is really nothing I dislike thus far. I wish I had started using this software a year earlier than I did, I am a startup and in just year 2 of our practice, we were still implementing with systems to determine what was the best product out there for us. Reason for choosing Dental Intelligence It was far superior than all of the above and came at a very competitive price point. My favorite features is seeing data for the month compared to our goals set. It helps motivate me and visually see where I’m lacking and what areas I could improve. I also really enjoy the huddle feature, makes huddles in the morning more useful and like I said before, more visual. Lastly, being the receptionist, I love the recall feature!! This helps with knowing exactly what the patients needs to come in for and just getting through the list efficiently! Cons I think what I like least about the software is I think is the loading! It takes forever to log in or from page to page. Sometimes when I try to log in, it just fails and I’m not able to log in at all. Lastly, I wish the performance boards updated in real time, that’s the one thing that lacks because I can’t see the progress in real time or the lack of. Review Source cM christine M. We have a great team member that checks in with us every few weeks to discuss our progress and offers help when needed. He makes sure we are utilizing everything Dental Intel has to offer to only benefit our office. Our schedule is busier and our numbers are higher each month thanks to Dental Intel. Its been such a great program for our office. Pros The automatic follow ups are an amazing tool our office uses daily. It has made filling the empty spaces on our schedule so easy for us! We login daily to our Dental Intel and immediately have a list of patients we need to check in with and try to get scheduled. We have had great success using this tool to build our monthly production numbers. I believe in the first 4-5 weeks we were able to add $22,000 of treatment just by utilizing our follow ups and contacting our patients to get scheduled/rescheduled. The best tool we could ask for! " February 7, 2021 5.0 Great experience. Overall, it has added a tool to create a great patient experience in my offie. Pros Modento is awesome! My patients love they can text and communicate through the platform, and love the ease in which they receive intake forms, and treatment plans. Patients also love the check in features, and a buzz is beginning with my loyalty rewards program! My staff also loves being paperless! My staff is very excited with the new live ops feature, and can’t wait for the online scheduling. Did I mention, the modento team is awesome!? They are friendly, respond quickly to any questions, and are great with support! I will most definitely will be recommending Modento my colleagues.
