### "Love Modento!"

Pros

Modento is easy to use, love the review platform and patient communication is a breeze.

Cons

Not a fan of the app portion with “points” to be earned— but it’s very easy to simply turn this feature off and not use it.

Interesting practice analytics and insight

Cons

The monthly fee was on the high side. If there’s not designated person to act on the data, it is not worth the cost

Pros

It is a wonderful and streamlined service that helps with dental practice analysis. Everything from our morning huddle to our follow-up system is taken care of for us with dental intel

Cons

There are almost too many features, which would sound like a good thing but I can be a little bogged down with metrics and statistics.
