Ook als iemand anders een bestand naar mij wilt sturen kan ik simpel een uploadverzoek sturen. Het maakt alles een stuk makkelijker, zeker als je veel met persoonsgegevens werkt. Pros Makkelijker dan Smartlockr kan bijna niet. Je typt je mail, voegt je bijlagen toe en zet het schuifje om. De rest wijst vanzelf. Ideale manier van veilig bestanden sturen en ontvangen en veilig mailen. Cons Niet bij alle collega's werkt Smartlockr in outlook niet zo goed. Pros Als Smartlockr gebruikt wordt binnen Outlook werkt deze gebruiksvriendelijk bij goede configuratie. Stuur je een mail naar een persoon buiten je organisatie dan zie je dat. Het mailen zelf gaat logisch, de keuzes zijn niet moeilijk. Cons Het verzenden van bestanden gaat soms wat traag. Ook de ondersteuning vanuit de customer succes manager is heel prettig. Met extra instructiemomenten voor gebruikers van de plug-in, duidelijke handleidingen en overzichten ten aanzien van het gebruik zijn we als organisatie in staat om SmartLockr steeds adequater te gebruiken waarmee de kans op datalekken via de e-mail steeds verder verkleind wordt. Pros De SMTP-relay functie maakt dat vanaf welk device er ook gemaild wordt er altijd veilig gemaild wordt op basis van het door onze organisatie ingestelde contentbeleid. Ook is de outlook-plugin heel prettig, de keuzes die je hebt ten aanzien van de mate en manier van beveiliging van de mail en/of de bijlagen zijn heel overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk.
