Overall: The service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team at Magnetize has been excellent they are approchable and part of the PRO DRILL team, we feel like we are partnering with them. They are really keen to improve the product and seem to take our feedback onboard. Great communication and access and an easy to use Software.
Pros: We now have one system to operate on Scheduling and rescheduling is a breeze and we have instant communication of changes across the team
Cons: The digital paperwork is hard to fill out on the phones

Overall: Magnetize have been great to deal with. I'm not tech guru and I have rung them several times for help with the app and they have been really helpful and seem to listen to any suggestions I make
Pros: What I like as a field user is the simplicity and how easy it is to use. Everything I need to record is now done on the mobile APP. We no longer have any paper forms time sheets are all done online and I dont lose any costs. Also I can photograph my jobs take notes and its all save to a job time line as they say a picture tells a thousand words. One other cool feature is a powerup for drilling companies like ours called LIVE GEO that records all of the drilling we do the type of geology , water levels and any other drilling techniques we use
Cons: It is hard to fill out some of the paperwork we have on a phone. Better on a tablet which I am now using
