Within a few hours we had switched from our previous provider to Oliver. With Oliver we resolved issues such as search speed, VAT and discount calculation issues and more. Cons At the moment you can only enter a discount on the total cart as a percentage but you cannot enter an amount. Pros The program is pretty easy to use. It had a few hang ups in the set up, but does seem to function. Adding a customer is quick and easy, adding items to cart and closing the sale is straight forward. Cons When entering a customer 's address it sometimes would change to our store address when processing the sale - this is a know issue. Would highly recommend for anybody using wordpress and woocommerce. Pros The customer service is outstanding we tried other POS systems they didnt offer the same functionality as oliver and whenbwe had problems all we got was a geberic email. The team at oliver will actually respond to your emails and is willing to help small businesses talor the pos to meet theor needs and integrate with whatever payment processing and plugins you may be using. Oliver is by far first of its classn Cons Whats not to love these guys have handled every challenge we have ever had quickly and are willing to work with small businesses to assist them when they are in need. It works great for our non-profit's gift shop and at conventions and trade shows. Pros The best thing about Oliver POS is that it works seamlessly with WooCommerce. Oliver POS gets all of its information directly from WooCommerce, making the sync seamless and flawless. Cons The only con I can think of is the POS equipment. Switched from [Square Point of Sale](https://www.capterra.com/p/275802/Square-Point-of-Sale/) Square didn't integrate well with WooCommerce.
