Pros

Very user friendly and easy to use, love the layout and the dashboard. Excellent customer service. Very open to feedback and suggestions. MyEzCare customized the software to our company needs in a very short time. We use this software for our daily operations and billing. We have tried few other softwares for our Adult Day Care but MyEzCare has the best solution to meet our needs.

Cons

Not much. But there are opportunities to improve the layout.

Very good experience with the team. They are patient & go to the root of the problem to solve it. Prompt in responding to any query.

Pros

It is easy to adapt & is user friendly. Staff could learn all the features very quickly & started to use it in no time.

Cons

Data needs to be entered multiple times. Software should fetch data once filled.

We are saving time and money on paper reports and on accurate reporting of where the employees are and their exact time they are working. Myezcare is great with support and always returning our calls or setting up training sessions for the support staff and field workers

Pros

The EVV scheduling-clock in clock out we are able to keep up with the employee hours, contact and documentation. We are also able to keep good records of the clients

Cons

Claim processing is not well understood so easier explanation would help. A few of the employees have complained that they are unable to clock in due to technical issues

The software is not complicated. The team is wonderful when it comes to revising, implementing new features and making this a product that will benefit many healthcare specialties.

Cons

The scheduling started out complicated but they have updated and made changes so that it more user friendly.

We've just arrived on board with them but so far the service has been amazing! Of course, as can be expected a few bumps in the road but they are very quick to respond when contacted. I tested several different software companies and options and found that Myezcare offered the most and was considerably easier to use than most. I love how easy it is to utilize the software; after using another scheduling software for almost 3 years I was very worried that the transition would be difficult but I was pleasantly surprised.

Pros

Fairly simple integration. The dashboad is an amazing feature with this software. Almost any report needed can be assessed. Definitely minimizes paper

Cons

Several features we have no need for but they also service entities of a much larger scale than ours such as schools, hospitals etc

Reasons for choosing myezcare

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is fantastic. Very forthcoming. Not the fast talking, ok, let's close the deal type. Very patient and remained extremely calm while being grilled on every little aspect of the software.
