Overall: We researched a lot of Sofware before buying a new Restaurant Management Software. We even started imeplenting some, but we were not convinced. We found Biz1book very good due to its quick implementation process. The first step of implementation was Recipe Management using Key Ingredients. Their promise was to show us Cost Savings using Recipe Management and they did show a lot of Savings. So in no time, they got the confidence of our Partners. Since then, we have been using Biz1book.
Pros: We could prevent Theft and Wastage in a simple way. Until we started using Biz1book, theft or Wastage had been pretty much ignored by our staff. With Biz1book, we were able to figure out and eradicate those issues.
Cons: Whenever there are upgrades to the software, we find issues in logging in and using the system. The Support team has to plan such activities during the late mid-night hours.
