For us less support tickets came in as their workflows were finally synced between clinical and billing teams. Pros We were able to recently on-board a health care partner to Zoobook EHR, and billing-wise, it was cake easy. It manages insurance claims, authorizations and service documentation all in one. Cons It's not as easy to customize it for non-behavioral health settings, and reporting should be a bit more flexible when dealing with multiple facilities or billing departments.
