Cons There was nothing I liked least about it except maybe sometimes it's a little slow but that could just be a connection error in the computer itself. For us less support tickets came in as their workflows were finally synced between clinical and billing teams. Pros We were able to recently on-board a health care partner to Zoobook EHR, and billing-wise, it was cake easy. It manages insurance claims, authorizations and service documentation all in one. Cons It's not as easy to customize it for non-behavioral health settings, and reporting should be a bit more flexible when dealing with multiple facilities or billing departments.
