“Zoobook is amazing”

OverallI use it to schedule daily clients at a Substance abuse clinic. We have easy access to client's charts, doctor notes, drug tests results, etc. It is well organized and has streamlined features that allow us to simply notify outside agency about our clients as needed. We can easily navigate through the pages and sections.
ProsVery user friendly. Lots of excellent features
Consnothing to complain about. It is excellent.

“Zoobook”

ProsThe interface is good and sometimes easy to use depending on what you are trying to access.
ConsThe software is good for the counseling portion of its use however, the medical portion is not set up in an intuitive way to use and the patients medical info is not easily viewable.

“User Friendly”

OverallIt's easy to use so far.
ProsThis software is user-friendly, easy to maneuver and simple.
ConsSometimes the software does not save work or it erases work that's already completed. I'm not sure if that's human error or software error.
