Also, the support team is always available to provide their help, even during the night shift when production issues can happen. Pros AGW is easy to use and can do whatever you need. For our plant, AGW help us to manage all our IMM & assembly stations. It provides production management, traceability, stock management. AGW can even inetract with some legacy systems and machines! Cons Except some software crashes that are now solved, I have no cons to say regarding AGW in general.
