Nuestra experiencia general con Meeting4Display ha sido muy satisfactoria. Es una herramienta que ha facilitado la gestión y reserva de salas de reuniones de forma ágil y visual, mejorando la organización interna y reduciendo los conflictos o solapamientos en el uso de los espacios. Los usuarios valoran positivamente la facilidad para reservar desde Outlook o directamente en las pantallas, así como la claridad de la información mostrada sobre disponibilidad. Además, al estar integrado con nuestra cartelería digital, nos permite ofrecer una comunicación más completa dentro de las instalaciones. La solución es estable y versátil.

Pros

Lo que más destacaría es la facilidad de uso y la versatilidad en la gestión de reservas. Nos resulta muy útil poder hacer reservas directamente desde las pantallas o desde Outlook, con una interfaz intuitiva que facilita a todos los usuarios visualizar el estado de las salas en tiempo real. También valoramos mucho la posibilidad de integrarlo con la cartelería digital, lo que nos permite optimizar el uso de los espacios de forma más visual y eficiente.

Cons

En general estamos satisfechos, pero si tuviera que señalar algún aspecto mejorable, diría que algunas configuraciones iniciales o personalizaciones pueden resultar algo complejas para perfiles no técnicos y requieren cierta curva de aprendizaje o apoyo externo

Notre expérience avec Meeting4Display est globalement positive. Le logiciel a permis de centraliser et de fluidifier la gestion des réservations des salles, tout en offrant une bonne autonomie aux utilisateurs. L’outil est fiable, et les équipes support sont réactives en cas de besoin.

Pros

Interface claire et facile à prendre en main. Intégration fluide avec notre environnement Microsoft.

Cons

Quelques bugs ponctuelles. L’interface d’administration pourrait être un peu plus moderne visuellement.

Demo équipe commerciale convaincante et aide du support au paramétrage. Le support est exemplaire: disponible, accessible, compétent. Telelogos est une société qui fait du vrai service :-)

Pros

Facile à utiliser, que ce soit a partir de son ordinateur ou de la tablette devant la salle. C'est un logiciel qui fonctionne très bien, on va au travail serein.

Cons

Le parametrage avec les agendas outlook est un peu compliqué non pas du fait de meeting4display mais du fait de Microsoft !

Simplicité & efficacité ! En un coup d'oeil sur la tablette nous pouvons voir si la salle est occupée ou libre avec le liseret vert ou rouge. Facilité de réservation de salle au travers de calendriers M365.

Cons

Aucun inconvénient, nous utilisons cette solution depuis quelques années, nous reprenons de nouvelles tablettes lorsque nous avons de nouvelles salles. Un produit agréable !

Ahora lo utilizo principalmente con la aplicación movil, incluso estando en la propia empresa. Es muy rápida y me permite gestionarlo mientras estoy en una reunión o videoconferencia.

Pros

Lo que más valoro de Meeting4Display es la facilidad y rapidez de uso. Me permite no perder tiempo en ver el estado de las salas y luego reservarlas para reuniones y puedo hacerlo en cualquier dispositivo.

Cons

Al inicio me costó un poco el configurar y compartir las cuentas de correo y calendarios con la aplicación y distintos dispositivos.

Expérience simple, une fois le tout configuré rien à faire. Les mises à jour son facilement application depuis la console.

Pros

La simplicité de l'interface des écrans mais aussi sur la console admin. Aucun besoin de formation pour les utilisateurs.

Cons

Manque une gestion de monitoring sur la console admin afin de connaitre l'état de l'écran si il répond au minimum sur le réseau.

Satisfactoria. La plataforma resulta intuitiva y funcional, facilitando la organización diaria de reuniones de forma eficiente y sin complicaciones.

Pros

Destaco la facilidad y comodidad que ofrece Meeting4display en el uso diario. Su interfaz intuitiva y la rapidez en la gestión de reuniones hacen que la experiencia sea muy práctica y eficiente

Cons

En general, la experiencia ha sido positiva. No he encontrado inconvenientes importantes hasta el momento, aunque siempre hay margen de mejora en pequeños detalles.

Pros

Simplicité d'usage et d'installation. Le logiciel Meeting4Display respecte ses promesses et est stable.

Cons

La seule chose qui manquerait à Meeting4Display est un calendrier interne à la solution. Ceci permettrait à certaines structures ne s'appuyant pas sur les calendriers O365 ou Google de pouvoir profiter de la solution.

Meeting est très simple à prendre en main et permet de gérer un grand nombre de salle de réunion avec facilité.

Nos équipes support Telelogos sont présentes pour accompagner les clients sur cette phase si besoin et ont produit des documents de configuration en fonction des différentes messageries (Office, Google, Exchange) pour faciliter cette étape de démarrage.

Pros

Un logiciel simple a déployer et facile a maintenir. Demande peu de ressource en interne à déployer pour peu que vous soyez accompagné par votre intégrateur audiovisuel ;-) La solution existe en version Cloud, encore plus simple a mettre en place.

Cons

Un interface administrateur qui n'a pas encore été entièrement traduite en français.

Bonjour Julien, merci pour votre retour ! A noter que l'interface utilisateur de Meeting4Display est disponible dans de nombreuses langues - dont le français. Pour ce qui est de l'interface administrateur, en effet, certains éléments de traduction étaient encore manquants sur la dernière version. Ceci sera corrigé dans la prochaine version qui arrive très prochainement.
