Pros

Application interface is simple and makes it easy for a legal person to use it. The product is a good blend of technology and simplicity. It ease contract management in terms of storing, retrieving, e-signing and reviewing the Agreements effortlessly.

Cons

As such I have not had any experience which would can be termed as negative. However, I shall provide necessary feedback going forward.

Reusability reduces errors and speeds up repetitive processes like NDAs and onboarding forms. Extensive template library that comes with clauses that can be added or deleted as per requirement is proven to be an advantage.

Pros

Templates library saves me so much time. Our team uses them for recurring contracts and never have to start from scratch, this saves time and contract execution TAT

Cons

Template search and filtering could be more intuitive with tags or folders having such feature will add more options for quick processing

We like it how easy and professional Razorsign feels to sign our documents. It builds trust due to secure signing and multiple ways in signing options like with or without OTP, Aadhar and DSC etc .

Cons

A animation type walkthrough tutorial would be nice so that we can check it at any time for referral within our company.
